It is not so well located if you're going for business. But all the rest - staff, cleanliness, etc, compensate well.

The hotel is located in a nice, safe area, with many options within walking distance or as close as one wishes. The tram stop is just two minutes away.The breakfast, if one chooses it, is rich and delicious, and one can have whatever one wishes from a rich menu.The staff is kind, warm and friendly, making the customer feel at home. We were served by the wonderful Janine, who brought a smile to our days there!

Location! Super close to bus, tram and train stops.
Too noisy at night! Worst night in all my trip was in this hotel.
