I wish I could stay a day or two longer to make full use of the facilities.

I like breakfast provided by the hotel with vast varieties of food to choose from as well as the dinner with three good options to choose from. I particularly like the location which is right in front of the bus stop for buses to/from Bolzano. And the morning mail on my dining table which provides weather forecast for the day and following two days as well as programs for the day and suggestion where to visit in the vicinity like South Tyrol Museum of Natural History. Finally, I enjoyed excursion with the hotel guide Lukas who accompanied me to take cable car to both Seceda and Alpe di Siusi on the first day as well as visiting Passo Giau on the following day and many other places with magnificent views!

Restaurant was very underwhelming. We were told that they could make us vegan options. That translated to leftovers or rice and bread. Very disappointed.

Solo female traveler

The hotel was clan and tidy, with an excellent buffet breakfast. The hotel has a small lift to easy access rooms with luggage. It is conveniently located right across the road from the bus station and only a few minutes walk to both the Alpe di Suisi and Seceda cable cars. As a solo female traveller I felt safe walking around the area in the evening.

Perfect location to reach Seceda and other sites.

Proximity to reach gondola to Seceda and funicular to Raschieza. Rooms were nicely appointed. The staff were friendly and did everything they could for us.

Check-in was confusing as there was no place in the plaza for car parking.

I was very impressed with Ortisei. It's conveniently located near the entrances to both Seceda and Alpe di Siusi.

Every aspect of my stay was exceptional, including the service, breakfast, bed, surroundingsand location.

The only area for improvement would be the room temperature, as it was slightly too warm and not adjustable.

Exceptional.

The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was exceptional. Guest menu for dinner was good value and since we struggled to find somewhere else that was open we ate dinner at the hotel both nights and were happy we did. We loved the indoor and outdoor pools. A lovely surprise was the hotel provided Lukas the walking guide for the day and we had an awesome day with him. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Most of the shops were shut in the town so there was no atmosphere. Hotel was on the pricey side.

Great location, the place was super fancy, nice, clean, staff super helpful, the room was huge, clean, fancy, balcony with a pretty view. I was not expecting it to be as great. Breakfast had delicious options, great coffee and orange juice. Easy check in and check out. parking on site. Outdoor and indoor pool with great temperature.

Formidable stay at a formidable hotel. Price more than well worth for what's offered. For a tired backpacker it was lovely to make use of the spa. Attentive staff and friendly athmosphere. The optional five course-dinner was a great deal. Free mountain guide for daytrips was unexpected but much appreciated, especially for the solo traveller. Great location next to the bus stop, with only 30 minutes to the train in Ponte Gardena, so it works brilliant for train travellers. And with all the buses running through the valley (free fare card!) it is a great base camp for exploring the entire area. This was really a top notch hotel experience, thank you!

Early check-in!

close to everything and were allowed to check-in 1 hour early and also leave the car parked after check out. I liked the view at the balcony. The male receptionist was friendly and even accompanied us up to the room, so much selection for breakfast

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic if you want to be in the action. Easy to walk to gondolas and restaurants. It is a little louder if you have your windows open because you're on main streets. Breakfast was delicious and get way to start the day.

The air conditioning wasn't very strong but understandable that isn't common in Italy.

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, dining room host a lively dinner and breakfast reasonably priced for guests, rooms large and comfortable, excellent location. loved the outdoor hot tub!

we stayed in 2x at the hotel before and after our hiking trip. one of our rooms that looked over the pool area and was larger and more comfortable than over our other room, would ask for that in the future. the underground pool had a very slippery floor surrounding it

The weather and the entire province

I asked for upgrade for the single room they charged 149 euro. After a day they said we understood wrong. Since we got 2 room 1 single another classic. I kept one and upgraded the single. For them it's weird they consider chinging one will affect both rooms price

Exceptional service, perfect central location, and beautiful facility with all the luxury amenities.

It is a beautiful hotel with all the amenities. The service was exceptional and all the staff we interacted with went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They provided a crib for our baby and always had our table ready with the baby chair for breakfast and dinner. The bartender made us special drinks tailored to our tastes. It was very personable.

The pillows were uncomfortable, which is the only tiny thing I had an issue with.
