Cozy and comfortable place to stay

Great stay with minor hiccups, but would stay again!

The breakfast was great and the staff was very kind. Great to have free parking and the views from the property were awesome

We did not know that the spa took 3 hours to heat up and be ready, so after a long day (in summer) we were not able to use the spa because we did not book in advance. I think this should be made more clear. Also there is no AC in the room which is not a huge deal breaker, but there were mosquitos out while we traveled so we couldnt leave the windows open to get cool air.

Spectacular views with an unbelievable breakfast

The view from the hotel is spectacular and the breakfast was incredible. Homemade croissants were delicious as well as the tomato and cheese. Family run hotel so you could see the care and pride the owners have in their property. A great spot to explore the Dolomites and surrounds.

A warm southern Tyrollean family run hotel with spectacular views of the valley and the mountains.

This is a small family owned hotel. Everything looks and feels brand new although it is a well established house. The ambiance and the decor fit into the feel the surrounding nature we enjoyed from our balkon. The food and the people were fantastic and after the first day we felt like we were home.

At times my wife and I can be very picky but in this case we just could not come up with anything we did not like

Views were spectacular, rooms very spacious and clean. Staff very nice and friendly. Good location about 20 mins walk from centre (uphill involved). Parking included.

The place to be for any type of trip in Ortisei

Extremely spacious rooms with a large balcony overlooking good views of the mountains and valley. Tucked away in a quiet corner of Ortisei, you'll be met with quality service and feel right at home. The owner/manager and his crew were some of the best service staff I've come across. I'll definitely come back next time!

The staff was very friendly and fun! The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and yummy food. We highly recommend the nighttime dinner. The meals were delicious and it was great fun to get to know people from all over the world.

There is a spa but the hours are very limited so we were not able to take advantage of this service.

Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts are very attentive, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible; from lending us an umbrella for an unexpected rainy hike, or remembering our coffee order from the previous morning to lending us a bus ticket. The location was beautiful and is situated in a steep hill, 15-20min walk from the town centre/ cable cars. The room is spacious and clean, beautiful balcony views, breakfast was varied and tasty and a good working wifi.

From memory, I think the sauna closed at 6pm or 6:30pm, so we never tried it out as that's when the last cable car returns to the centre. I would have liked slightly longer opening times, as this is the only feature we missed out on.

It is quite a hike up a hill to get to. There is a bus to take you from central part of town up but that runs only about once an hour.
