We had a very good holliday in a snowwy week . St Ullrich is the most beautiful city in Sud Tirol . We had a good time .

Nice apartment in a good location

The apartment was nice and clean, with a beautiful view to the mountains. The location is easily accessible, near the bus stop and just a short walk away from the town center. The annexed restaurant is also very good, offering a variety of local dishes.

The heating system in the apartment was not too effective. The owner was very helpful and tried to adjust it, but unfortunately the interior of the apartment remained quite cold throughout our stay.

A cheerful days & nights at Saskia

Very clean and cozy room. Friendly host. Plenty of frypan, dishes, forks, knives, wine glasses, coffee pot, tea cup, beer glasses, and etc. Fridgerator, gas burner & oven, dish washer machine, laundry machine, and etc. Beautiful cats, named Odin & Max. Don't forget to have lunch or dinner at Saskia restaurant - this is the best of the best of the best restaurant among whatsoever reataurants you may bump into in this town.

None. If someone finds this place was not satisfying, for sure, it is that person's problem. Not Saskia's problem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a family business that truly care for the guests.

Location was very good being a 10 minute walk from the old town. Bus stops in both directions 3-5 minutes away. Our two bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable and very quiet and being situated at the back of the building meant we great views of the gondola going up the mountain. This a trip not to be missed if you want to see the magical Alpe De Suisse.

We had no complaints at all.

Perfect for our group

Property’s in a perfect position in town about a 5 minute walk from the town centre. It’s rustic but functional and comfortable and is well equipment with everything we needed for 9 people. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend anyone to stay here 👍

Very convenient, close to a coffee bar and a supermarket, large rooms, and a great restaurant. They took care of whatever that was missing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Saskia is a family run business. We loved getting to know the sweet family who owns Saskia. We came with five kids and our little dog. They were informative, welcoming, and our stay was great. It is quiet but centrally located to do all the sightseeing- a little store next door and the restaurant downstairs was perfect after a day of hiking :)

There were no towels or soap- we came prepared after looking at another review so it was not an inconvenience to us. :)

Every bedroom has its own bathroom , and quilt is very comfortable. The kitchen/dining room is spacious and it provides us a very good meeting area.

Fantastic place and extremely friendly staff

The location is great. Just 2min car ride from the slopes. The Staff couldn’t be nicer, they really make you feel at home during your stay. The restaurant is fantastic with great Italian and Tyrollean choices. We will for sure come back.

The only thing we were missing was some shower gel in the bathroom and some soap for the dishwasher

Very nice experience

Nice location near bus stop and town center. Great pizzeria/restaurant downstairs where we had two dinners in a row and ordered pizza to have it on our room balcony with nice views. The owner is super friendly and warm. She even brought the pizza up for us and asked us to pay later. Rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent location with free parking (very easy access) and pet friendly accomodations. Apartment came with almost everything you'd need (bring your own towels and toiletries). The hotel restaurant is great with a nice selection of foods on their menu. Friendly, accessable staff and easy check-in and check-out.

Tevreden gebruiker bij Saskia Residence.

Gelegen in het leuke Italiaanse plaats Ortisei. Het appartement was ietwat gedateerd maar desondanks van alle basis gemakken voorzien en qua tarief in orde.

In 1 appartement hadden we steeds een koude douche, dus moesten we een douche nemen in een van de andere kamers. Bestek was in orde, maar de drinkglazen, bekers etc. was wat beperkt.

Super apartman, super vlasnica, super osoblje! Brutalno dobra piceria, vjerovatno najbolja pica koju smo ikad jeli, a i sva ostala hrana u restoranu vrhunska!

Grijanje nije uvijek uključeno i ponekad je bilo malo hladno u apartmanu, a topla voda jako loše dolazi i funkcionira. Nestabilan pritisak i toplina.
