Overall, I would stay here again. Quiet location and clean rooms.

Although it was up the hill from town it was an easy short walk. Out of the bustling centre of town. But close enough to walk to the cable cars etc. The bus pass is a great bonus. There was plenty of space in our room. Staff in the breakfast room and restaurant were very helpful. Natalia was happy for us to sit at our favourite table for breakfast, and the range of items was good. Zeki, was very hospitable, translated some Italian words for us, and always had a smile on his face.

Parking is tight, and can fill up. A hairdryer in the room would have been great!

Great location but it’s over priced.

Excellent location to walk into town/buses/gondola. Host was good at communicating & breakfast was standard selection for Italy. Best part was the view out the window. :)

Very old decor, carpet and hallways smell. Needs renovating. Shower doesn’t drain so you stand in the soap scum, no hot water on the second day.

Perfect place to base yourself for your stay in Ortesi!

Such a lovely place to stay! 10 min walk into the main town. So beautiful waking up being surrounded by the mountains, everything is so peaceful and quiet. Also a wonderful breakfast! & free buses if you want venture to different mountain destinations which I did easily!

I stayed in summer in late June, not a major issue, but no air con. I actually slept great without it.

Super stay in the heart of Val Gardena with a view

The property is centrally located to the cable car to Seceda and bus station to St Cristina for the Sassolungo. They give you free public transport pass for the South Tyrol region and free pass to the city centre’s swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast was super awesome with a lot of varieties. They have a terrace with good view and dine in facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was bit smaller for us but was not a big problem. Also there is no lift to the upper floors if you have heavy luggage but was fine for us and they have help to carry the luggage to the top for people in need.

A Gem in Ortisei not to be missed

Hotel Villa Emilia is everything you need for a perfect stay in Val Gardena. It is less than a 10 minute walk from all the lifts and town, the hosts are friendly, the hotel is incredibly clean, and the breakfast is delicious. I would recommend anyone to come back here and stay! We loved it!

While it is true the bathrooms could be updated, they were clean and included everything we needed

I booked single room but owner upgraded for me and i got twin room. Thank you, Lucas! He is very friendly. He gave me free ticket for all buses and train (for big region, not only for Ortisei) for 6 days! And i got free ticket for public spa centre. The same very good. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant in hotel with beautiful view. By the way. I’v seen kitchen for guests in hotel but I didn’t check how is it)

Very good stay in Ortisei

The hosts were amazing. They made me feel welcomed, Dinner and breakfast were really good and plentiful. The room vas a very nice and cozy, perfect for a mountain stay.

The bathtub. Slanted in a way that it was very hard to take a shower, Too small to sit in. Very uncomfortable

Very nice hotel which totally worth each cent it costs!

I traveled alone and the single room was quite small but very nice and cozy! The window was small, but the view on the mountains was very nice. I kept my window open during the night and there were no mosquitoes or any other disgusting insects. Location is convenient with only a few minutes walk from three main funiculars to the mountains. The hotel also provided a free of charge bus tickets and access to the swimming pool and saunas, unfortunately I did not have time to try, so I will keep it for the next visit!;) Breakfast was very good with quite a variety of different dishes, but there were no hot dishes like omelet or sausages.

Good breakfast to start the day. Prime location to explore Val Gardena and easily within walking distance of Ortisei. Possibly the best pricing and location within the area. The bed was really comfortable.

The room was cold for the first night because the heat was not yet turned on and the window was cracked open. But after the first night not a problem at all.

Walking distance from the pedestrian zone of Ortisei and from the cable cars. Nice terrace overlooking the valley. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was so small that it was impractical. My luggage was either blocking the door, the bathroom or the wardrobe. Not having an elevator is also a downside.

Warm atmosphere and great location

I loved this hotel! The owner Luca and all of the staff are so welcoming and helpful, for example, they helped me to organize cable car passes at a discount, gave me suggestions for hiking, a bus pass, etc. My room (single) was basic and a bit older as some other travelers mentioned, but for me, quiet and everything I needed as I was out hiking most of the time. Also - very clean and great breakfast! The location and picture perfect view are top as well. I appreciated the free parking, but I could see that if you have a big car, it could be tight.

景色が綺麗。映える。窓からの眺めも最高！シャワー室は簡易的で排水溝から臭いがするが、他の人の口コミを読むと部屋によると思う。バスを降りてからホテルに辿りつくまでに急な坂があり、部屋に到着するまで階段もある。大きなスーツケースがある人や高齢な方は大変だと思う。

Une très bonne adresse, dans un joli village.

Un petit écrin, hôtel très bien tenu, un parking à disposition, l'accueil est parfait, le personnel est aux petits soins (plusieurs parlent Français, c'est très rare dans ce pays, donc c'est un vrai plus). Le petit déjeuner est top, varié et copieux. Le repas du soir est à tarif correct, il est excellent et lui aussi très copieux. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. C'est une excellente adresse que je recommande.

La posizione con vista sulla Valle e il giardino

- bagno in stanza, pareti ricoperte in plastica completamente (tetto e pavimento compreso). sembrava di essere un servizio di un treno/aereo. - moquette camera usurata - tavolo camera "riparato" con carta adesiva color legno - mobilio di bassa qualità - colazione "ricca" ma di bassa qualità (ad esempio pane freddo da frigorifero, dolci poca scelta) - parcheggi molto piccoli e stretti - una struttura che dimostra tutti i suoi anni, assenza di una cura dei particolari.
