A pleasant stay in summer

The place is ten minutes walk from the downtown and with some climbing involved. We were glad to have a washing machine and drier available here after a sudden rain in the mountain. The beds are very comfortable, too.

Could have a better-equipped kitchen. Communications with the management was a little strange. We asked about the stovetop, which was not intuitive to use, and never got a response. We had the shower drain back up and texted mgmt, who also never responded to the text, but fixed the issue while we were out.

It was not at all worth the money. Half of the things that were mentioned were not there like Airport Shuttle.

Property is a 10 min walk from the center

We paid ~1300 EUR and this property was not upto the mark. It was a basement room. No outdoor area. The apartment was cramped. The worst furniture and placement I have ever seen. A huge dinning table and two huge seating spaces in a mere 42m2 apartment, there was barely space to walk. While booking, it was mentioned free airport shuttle which is not true. The kitchen and amenities were substandard. - children’s high chair was not provided - there was no coffee machine - washer dryer were shared with others - no free toiletries - no welcome coffee or tea bags Not worth the price mentioned. Switzerland was cheaper

Large Modern Spacious Apartment with free parking. Walkable to all the lifts in town.

Great location on the outskirts of Ortisei with free parking. Just a 5 minute walk into the downtown area and 8 minute walk to the lifts up to Seceda and Alpe di Suisi, and the funicular. Apartment was very modern and spacious for our family of 6. Kitchen was large and had all the amenities to cook. Beautiful view facing the mountain leading up to Alpe di Suisi. Definitely would recommended for larger families that need free parking.

We did enjoy Ortisei, and found the Dolomites scenery beautiful. We would recommend.

What did surprise us was. - we were not able to take a taxi from where the bus dropped us off to the residence on arrival. It was only through the kindness of someone at the bus depot(Piazza San Antonio) that took us to our destination. The same applied when we left ( we had luggage), but the owner took pity on us a took us down to the bus. A word of warning to travellers. - Italian trains/ bus do not often allow enough time to make a smooth transfer. Many rail stations have multiple platforms ( ( up to 17. In one case)- sometimes lifts or moving stairways ( especially up) are not working. - SO plan ahead and allow for extra time to make a journey. Also a warning. - never always believe what you are told in reference to directions/ time etc. good travels.

Superb

The apartment is exceptional with a nice view balcony. It is neat and clean with most of the equipment you need. It even has a jacuzzi .. !! The apartment is a walking distance from the town centre with lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

There is no washing machine or tea/coffee supply. You need to bring your own supply.

Everything ! Great , professional host . amazing view from the balcony ,specious and very comfortable accommodation with all necessary facilities . The apartment was very tidy and very warm. There was also a floor heating in the bathroom. The price for the accommodation was really good, you can not beat it !

Big and amazing apartment, 7 min walk from the centre. we were staying there 2 couples and it was perfect, the kitchen is well equipped, living room as well . both of bathrooms felt like 5 stars hotel.

we would be happy if it had small things in the kitchen like- suger, coffee, tea and salt. just the basic things.
