It felt more like we were in someone’s home rather than in a hotel. Very welcoming and personal!

Very impressive breakfast spread. All the cakes were freshly made by staff. Staff is super attentive and friendly.
The walls are a little thin so we could sometimes hear people in the stairs or in the hallways. However, quiet hours were respected at night and we were able to sleep well every night.

Location was good. Very close to cable cars. Short walk into Main Street. Staff were very friendly. Very clean. Parking on site. Beautiful breakfast.
Room had no view at all - had one small window which looked onto the parking area. A fan would have been useful as no aircon.
