The location was extremely central so everything such as the cable cars and eateries all within a short walk. The room and interior of the overall hotel were brilliant- staff were very warm from the first moment of welcoming us. Loved sitting on the balcony at night and early moment and take in the beauty of the town- would highly recommend.

Loved the overall experience so can’t think of anything negative to say about the hotel or staff!

The Hotel exceed our expectations. The location could not be more perfect (very convenient, near bust stop and cable cars) and the views from our room were unreal (Superior King Room). The stuff was really friendly and helpful with everything we needed.

The location is so great, near the cable station to Alpe di Suisi and Seceda. The breakfast is so good and variety of food. The owner is very nice, friendly and takes care our group.

Simply the best - location, new and a family run business that cares about you.

I simply can’t rate this property high enough. A family run hotel where they welcome you with open arms as if they’ve known you their whole life. From moment you walk through the door the owners take the time in chatting to you which adds a very personal touch. They even helped me by making a phone call to look for a certain item I needed in store in Bolzano. Each time I ran into a family member we ended up chatting for a bit about all sorts of things and I saw them interact like this with other patrons too so it honestly shows they care about human interaction. The property is brand new so everything is new and shiny and modern. Attention to detail such as providing ample hangers, moisturising lotion and a decent state of the art hair dryer. Location is just around the corner from the Alpe Di Suisi chairlift and about 100m from the Seceda chairlift entrance and right at the heart of Ortisei town. You cannot find a better location. Ample secure parking in the basement. I noticed they have a sauna and a gym room. Lovely breakfast served in the morning. Yoshi the Persian cat is also a highlight of the stay.

Outstanding place in Ortisei

My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Cosmea Hotel in Ortisei. The location couldn’t be better—right in the center of town, with everything within easy walking distance. Our room was excellent, beautifully renovated, and extremely comfortable. The entire property feels fresh and well maintained. Breakfast was outstanding, with great variety and quality. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. This hotel exceeded every expectation. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ortisei.

The room is very spacious, clean, comfortable, the staff is very kind, and it is near the cable car.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. There was a sofa and a writing desk. The balcony was spacious and not cramped. It was close to the cable cars on both sides. The view from the bedroom was beautiful. The staff took very good care of us and gave us clear travel advice and a map. The breakfast was delicious, although not very varied, but good quality. The restaurant was clean.

It was so close to the centre of Ortisei - bus stations, cable car stations and the restaurants. I was so lucky to spend a night here the room is super spacious and clean. Great breakfast provided and the staff are super welcoming.

Fabulous little hotel in central Ortisei

What a fabulous little hotel. My room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, great pillows and nice linen. Arrived to find a lovely chocolate on my pillow and a fresh crisp apple. Very central location just an easy flat walk from the bus station. Even though the hotel is on the main road there was very little noise, just the sound of the stream running through town. I loved that the staff made the effort to remember my name and greeted me each time I walked through the lobby. Great coffee and a good breakfast selection including gluten free. The couple who run this hotel are just the loveliest people. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Showed us how to get to Seceda mountain from an alternative starting point as the lift from Ortisei was not operating. Allowed us to use their parking lot even after checking out. Easy to find, easy parking. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Highly recommended!

Wonderful breakfast, big room with views towards the city, really helpful staff with several tips for sightseeing in the area (thanks Claudia and Oscar!), hotel just on the doorstep of Ortisei, Alpe Siusi and the rest of Val Gardena. Was also given access to Mar Dolomiti (great for swimming!)
