The best hotel we have ever stayed at! The experience is truly worth every cent. The staff are so amazing and nothing is too much trouble. The welcome was warm, the rooms are spacious, excellent housekeeping services, breakfast is delicious, the bar and bar staff are great plus the complimentary afternoon tea waiting for you at the end of the day! The spa is truly an experience in itself.
The in-house ski rental is a game changer and the staff looking after the ski hire are incredible. Heinrich went above and beyond and took the time to ensure we had the right gear. He was so helpful and kind!
We also really appreciated the driver of the shuttle. He was so professional and efficient.
Bed was large and comfortable. We loved the daily sweet treat left with the turndown service.
Don’t hesitate to book!
Only minor feedback was the shower over bath in the bathroom. The spa area is also only open in the afternoons.

The environment is very relaxing. Staff are nice. The dinner is fantastic and of good value. And the beer at dinner is one of the best. The indoor facilities are very family oriented, enjoyed playing table tennis. Hope could return soon.
Not much except charging for some drinks at mini-bar, but price is fair.
