The best hotel we have ever stayed at! The experience is truly worth every cent. The staff are so amazing and nothing is too much trouble. The welcome was warm, the rooms are spacious, excellent housekeeping services, breakfast is delicious, the bar and bar staff are great plus the complimentary afternoon tea waiting for you at the end of the day! The spa is truly an experience in itself. The in-house ski rental is a game changer and the staff looking after the ski hire are incredible. Heinrich went above and beyond and took the time to ensure we had the right gear. He was so helpful and kind! We also really appreciated the driver of the shuttle. He was so professional and efficient. Bed was large and comfortable. We loved the daily sweet treat left with the turndown service. Don’t hesitate to book!

Only minor feedback was the shower over bath in the bathroom. The spa area is also only open in the afternoons.

An overall excellent experience, outstanding.

The environment is very relaxing. Staff are nice. The dinner is fantastic and of good value. And the beer at dinner is one of the best. The indoor facilities are very family oriented, enjoyed playing table tennis. Hope could return soon.

Amazing location and staff.

The staff really stood out for me. Extremely helpful not only for local eats but also on hikes/gondolas to take in the area. They even had hiking sticks and bags for us to use. The breakfast was incredible and the room size was great. I would easily go back.

There is no AC. Just be mindful. We didn't find any properties in the area that had AC. This was not a deal breaker as the hotel provided fans and the temperature really cooled off at night. Even with this, I'm rating the hotel a 10/10. Incredible place.

Location is ideal. All meals were exceptional, unique with great variety. Highest quality ingredients, beautifully prepared. Breads, salads, hors d'oeuvres and desserts were offered with amazing choices. Staff are all really dedicated, friendly and professional. Guests are their focus.

In-room coffee maker was hard to operate. It jammed.

Exceptiobally warm and wonderful stay

This hotel was one of the best we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The service was exceptional-warm and welcoming and responsive without being stuffy or condescending. The room was comfortable and well appointed, the bathroom a very big size. The hotel takes care of you 100%, from wonderful meals to outings and hikes, to the pool area with such comfortable chairs to lounge in. We only wished we had thought to stay longer.
