Location: few steps away from Pool & Recreation center which was included in price (nice surprise as didn’t notice it when booking. main street with shops and restaurants just few minutes away. we got room with balcony facing mountains and city. breakfast was simple but more than sufficient

Really liked the location, the spaces were perfect for a couple.

All was good, the only thing would be to start breakfast at 7/7.30 instead of 8, to have more time ahead of the lifts opening at 8.30

rude host and staff. they don’t speak English no heating the room was very cold they said they have no option to switch off the heating because the electricity is very expensive in Italy. when we told them they charged us €130 for the room they need to provide heating they said €130 is to sleep in the room if you want warm room you must pay double!

I think it's an ok option. Not sure if you can get something better in town for the price.

The location is great! Some rooms have amazing views. It's only short 3-5 mins walk to downtown of Ortisei. Rooms are very tidy and everything is very clean at the hotel. Breakfast was good - good selection of fruits and berries.

Wifi could definitely be better. As I had to work it was challenging to get wifi. Karin was nice to let us change the room to get better coverage, but the signal was rather weak and we also ended up in a smaller room, which was not critical but it was a pretty small room.

Wonderfull SKI vacation

Great garni hotel in super location. The staff was excellent, especially Mrs. Karin who's always been available to us. Breakfast was good. We definitely recommend it!

Just one small suggestion: consider topping your breakfast with ham and eggs omelets if it is possible 😉

Consiglio molto!

posizione perfetta a due passi (letteralmente) dal centro e dagli impianti delle alpe di Siusi-Seiser! Ottima la convenzione con la piscina. Colazione molto fornita, alcuni dolci sono deliziosi!! Camera molto spaziosa e calda, unica piccola pecca metterei qualche sapone in più (bagnoschiuma,shampoo ecc) e il phon era abbastanza polveroso e anche la mensola su cui era stato messo. Per il resto la camera e il bagno erano comunque molto puliti!! 😊 La signora è super gentile, è carinissima! 😊
