Not too expensive but not cheap. Didn't feel like we are welcome, though the view is good.

The view from the room. Close to town c entre, but most of the hotels/apartments in Ortisi are close to the town centre anyway.

The manager wasn't that willing to help, he was grumpy when we asked him to help with the luggage up to third floor ( there is no lift, we are 74 and my knees need operation soon). When we could not make the safe operate, he gave us a look of contempt as he had to walk up to the top floor, then he blamed us not opening the bathroom window. This hotel is the only hotel where no ventilation fan is installed in the bathroom. The walk up to the hotel is very steep though not a long climb.

This is a really great place, run by a terrific family. My family stayed here 18 years ago. And then when I returned, it was as great as I remember it. Really nice rooms, excellent breakfast, close to the city center.

The owners/workers were wonderful! They gave us so much information and advice to plan our hiking days in the Dolomites. Breakfast was perfect! Everything was very clean and the property was perfectly located, close to the center of town.

Welcoming, impeccably-run inn

Everything about this modest inn exceeded my expectations. I booked the smallest sized room, but it had everything for a comfortable stay, and the balcony with view of the mountains made it feel more spacious. Room and public areas are kept spotlessly clean. Quality breakfast served in an attractive dining area. Great WiFi. Quiet. Good value. The amiable, young man who handles reception and the dining room is terrific with tips, skiing directions, local history, or just a friendly chat. It’s clear that the owners are proud of their hotel—and deservedly so.

Perfect base for exploring the Val Gardena Alps!

Breakfast was enough to get you going until lunch, not just a cappuccino and a croissant. Location was close to village centre, yet it was a quiet and beautiful area. You need good shoes though, as the property is uphill from the centre. The owner family was very helpful and friendly. Ortisei was such a good place to visit the Alps, as there were 3 ski lifts rising directly from the village.

My room wasn't very warm when I arrived, but my stay was during a looming energy crisis of the whole Europe, so I consider this a minor problem.

Overall everyone was very kind and welcoming. The spa access was okay, better than nothing. The view did not disappoint and it was an easy walk to all three major lifts near by.

I did wish breakfast started a little earlier and had more protein options.

Super recommended, except for the fact that there is a slope in front of the hotel, the rooms are clean, floor to ceiling windows with balconies, tables and benches on the balconies, you can enjoy a Dolomites manicure by pushing open the window, the staff is very nice, explaining the excursions to us, the recommended restaurants are very good, giving us water and a transport card that allows us to take the bus and mini train, the breakfast is also very rich, everything is very

Stunning mountain view terrace

I would strongly suggest to book a room with a terrace of the mountain view. Its simply stunning!! The breakfast was very good and a good Variety to choose from. Reception front desk was very helpful and speaks very fluent English. Bed was comfortable.

The rooms are okay, nothing special great for a night to sleep. Head pillows could have been better but bed was comfortable. No lifts, so pack light.

남편과 오랫만에 떠난 여행이었고 대중교통을 이용한 여향이라 최대한 교통이 편한 곳을 원했다. 이 호텔은 버스정류장과 주요명소, 식당 등과 매우 가까워 만족스럽웠다. 조용하고 깔끔한 시설을 원하는 건강한 사람들에게는 너무 좋은 호텔입니다. 특히 만족스런 조식과 조금 좁지만 깨끗한 객실, 베란다의 뷰는 매우매우 만족스러웠다. 계단창에서의 뷰도 정말 아름다웠다. 특히, 항상 웃으며 대하는 친절한 직원은 여행 내내 기분을 좋게하였기에 최고라고 생각된다.

오르막 언덕에 위치해 있어, 여행 전 아픈 발목으로 인해 오르내리는데 조금 어려움이 있었다. 주요명소 식당 등과 가까워 택시를 이용하기엔 어려웠다. 객실에 미니바가 없어 조금 아쉬웠다.
