Reception staff were excellent, particularly Daniella who was really welcoming and friendly, she also went above and beyond to give us hiking recommendations and tips each day. We also enjoyed using the great spa facilities to relax.
Missing a few small touches in the apartment such as washing up liquid, spare bin bags.

It would be even better if you could provide extra trash bags and some basic cooking seasonings.

Lovely facility up on the hill with excellent views. We were in an apartment with a kitchenette which made it convenient. The hotel also had a restaurant. We only had breakfast which was a good spread. The sauna was overlooking the mountains and was a spectacular view. They also had a steam room and a pool.
The location was also walkable to most lovers including Seceda. They also had laundry on site. It was run by a family and the owners were wonderful
Breakfast was pricey at $30
