Great area to visit and facility was great

enjoyed the views and the apartment was adequate with kitchen and plenty of room... the spa area was great with pool- steam and sauna -- views from apt was good except for the construction ongoing next door -- underground parking was great.... staff was helpful and very nice - family owned and run

breakfast was not included but based on what was available and price felt could have been better... being solo i would not have booked with kitchen-- having a car was great to get up and down hill -- bus is available - if walking very steep hill

A stylish,chic boutique alpine hotel with fine dining & a spa.

The apartments are immaculately clean and spacious. I requested the sofa bed to be made up,so effectively we had two double bedrooms,a kitchen/diner & large bathroom. We had two private outdoor areas. The use of the gorgeous,elegant spa was a pleasant surprise & a beautiful way to unwind after skiing. We particularly liked the waterbeds to recline on.

The food in the restaurant was absolutely WORLD Class. If you are staying at Am Rainell Hof be sure to book in for dinner. The location is perfect for those who are keen on skiing or enjoying Apres Ski.

If you try to describe it in one word, it's just a delight! We had an apartment on the top floor with the most amazing view!!! Everything is clean, comfortable, cozy. Bathrobe, slippers, good kitchen and crockery. Thanks a lot ! I liked everything very much.

I would just like to have a small bar of soap upon arrival. To wash your hands after a long journey. And maybe salt? It's not very difficult to do this.

Amazing view but no soap

The view from the patio is spectacular. The sunrise behind the Dolomite mountains is spectacular. The apartment has all essential pots and dishes. There are a lot of cleaning supplies (vacuum, mop). The beds are very comfortable. The apartment was very clean.

If you live in Europe and drive this will not be an issue. But we flew and rented a car. We were disappointed that there was no salt/pepper nor oil/ vinegar. There was also no kitchen sponge, dish soap, or any additional garbage bags. Any Air B&B would have these basics. I hope the salt, oil and dish soap we left will be available for the next occupants. There was no soap nor shower gel. None of this is a deal breaker. We would come here again.

Ottimo alloggio per godersi la montagna in autonomia.

L'appartamento è molto ben organizzato, pulito e con una bellissima vista. La dotazione di stoviglie è buona e c'è un posto auto coperto. C'è una navetta che collega al centro. E' possibile utilizzare i servizi dell'hotel che è a pochi passi.
