Very hot in the room at night, had to sleep with the terrace door open / felt a bit unsafe but too hot not to.

Perfect in every way

Perfect location, close to the center but a bit far from the noisier, busier part. Sound isolation in the room was great, room was great, spacious and comfortable. Staff were super helpful with assisting us in choosing treks to do, and we were given gluten free bread and cupcakes for breakfast by the lovely breakfast staff. The stay in this homey accommodation was open of the highlights of our trip.

Fabulous apartment, great hosts, magnificent mountains!

A fantastic spot to stay in a beautiful valley! Great quiet apartment with a kitchen and a balcony where we sat each afternoon watching the sun disappear behind the mountains. Extremely welcoming and warm host - Walter is a real gem, as is his daughter! Huge and varied breakfast was delicious. This is a real find - highly recommended!

Great hotel in Ortisei

Small but very nice family hotel! Hotel located in the heart of Ortizei- 1 min to the bus station, on the main shopping street. Very helpful stuff. Convenient room with balcony and city view. Tasteful breakfast with interesting local products - we felt love in every detail. Super hotel for hiking- great location and you will have everything to rest after:) We wish - we come here again!

The location is perfect and close to bus station and cable car. Every thing is too nice!

The breakfast is amazing with viours choices, everything is perfect! The view outside the window is quite astonishing, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony so much. The host is quite nice and hospitable, he told all the information that we need. What a chill and impressive holiday!

Superb

Very convenient location, the bus stop is close and we got a ticket to use the bus for free. There are also other attracions nearby. The hotel itself was great, the host helped us and answered every question we had. The breakfast was great. The rooms were good too, we didnt expect a small kitchen so that was a pleasent suprise. Near the hotel there are supermarkets, souvenir shops, restaurants etc. We also got a ticket for the pool which is very close to the hotel, was nice to end our day by jumping in there. We also found new attractions that we didnt know that exit due to hotel, which recommended stuff. Overall, great hotel and a very positive experience for us! Highly recommended👍

Fabulous hotel in a fabulous town.

The family was very welcoming and helpful with local activities and answering our endless questions. The breakfast was fabulous with local foods and homemade treats every morning. The location was perfect: we could walk to town and the chair lifts etc. There is a grocery across the street. Access to the local pool and bus passes were a great perk that we used often. The room was charming and spotless. The suite had everything we needed.

we would highly recommend this hotel due to friendliness of staff, extremely perfect location.Hotel is in the center of the village. It is only 5-10min to cable cars, gondolas, bus station, swimming pool or sauna. Staff members were especially helpful. So far it is the best hotel we have stayed.:)

EXCELLENT!

What a great hotel! They were so friendly and helpful. It was right in town and right next to two groceries which was nice to be able to get water and whatever else you wanted/needed. They gave great suggestions on hikes and things to do. Will definitely stay here again.

Topverblijf! Fijne kleinschalige accomodatie, prettige mensen, grote en mooie kamer en een ogenschijnlijk eenvoudig maar echt wel heerlijk ontbijt. Goeie locatie ook. Bewaakte ruimte voor de skispullen. Niet over twijfelen, hier kun je geen spijt van krijgen!

Fijn verblijf in een prachtige omgeving!!

Walter is enorm gastvrij en dat maakt het tot een fijn verblijf. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en het appartement is ruim. De locatie is perfect om diverse hikes in de gebergtes er omheen te maken. Wij komen graag nog eens terug.

Goed verblijf in het centrum, alles op loopafstand!

Goede locatie in het centrum van Ortisei, met Spar en bakkertje om de hoek!

Tijdens het inchecken werd er verteld dat ons appartement iedere 3 dagen schoongemaakt zou worden en dat we dan ook nieuwe handdoeken zouden krijgen, mits we deze op de grond hadden gelegd. Eindstand werd er niet schoongemaakt en werd ons verteld dat de schoonmaak en schone handdoeken niet inbegrepen waren. Dit stond er niet bij vermeld op booking, en kan dus mega verwarrend zijn omdat het wel verteld werd.
