Amazing stay!

The location was perfect for commuting using public transport, and is near to two main lifts of Dolemites. Eva, the staff at the reception, was extremely helpful in recommending how to cover the stunning viewpoints in a short period of stay. The view from the room is beautiful.

A stunning town close to everything

We loved everything. Large cozy and spacious room, comfortable beds, everything clean. Very satisfying breakfast, eggs, cornflakes, breads, fruits. Close to the cable car and the center of the stunning town. Great staff who welcomed us really early in the morning thank you very much.

Everything was perfect. We would love to go back there.

A wonderful stay with friendly staff, great breakfast, and a perfect location in Ortisei.

Staff were very polite and always ready to answer any question. Excellent breakfast. The location is perfect, you’re very close to both cable cars and right on the main road. I’d definitely recommend this hotel as a base in Ortisei.

As in most hotels, the sound insulation isn’t great, and you can hear people in other rooms, which can be bothersome at night.

A lovely, comfortable, friendly hotel to stay.

A comfortable, lovely furnished place, with good facilities. Comfortable beds Breakfast had a good healthy choice, so fruit, yogurt and nuts. A local tart each day too. Breakfast staff ( the young man was very efficient and helpful) In the centre, so a 7 - 10 min walk to the bus stop Near the cable car station, as in walkable 15 mins or so. Umbrellas in a stand to borrow.

Asked for a tea or hot water later at night, but wasn’t able to help.

Breakfast buffet options are typical of Austrian / South German breakfast: Cold cuts, cheese, smoked fishes, yogurts, variety of nuts, seeds, and fruit toppings, fruit juices, light pastries / buns, dry cereals, coffee, and tea. There were two fresh juice making machines, one specific to oranges, and the other a general purpose juices accompanied with a variety of fresh fruit / vegetables, and roots like ginger. And of course, scrambled eggs, and other hot items. Staff is most helpful and friendly. Multi-lingual capable and very willing to help. If you get a room on the south side, you have a rushing alpine creek burbling 24/7 - makes a wonderfully soothing sound. Restaurants, shopping, and 3 ski lifts are within a few minutes walk - very convenient.

Checking in when arriving with private auto can be a bit tricky because there is virtually no parking on the reception level of the property. Plenty of parking on the ground level, but you have to know how to access parking area via automatic gate.

Ortesei mu favorite town in the Dolomites, and this may be my favorite hotel in the Dolomites.

Only 300 meters from Antonius Square, very well located. Staff courteous and knowledgeable, breakfast excellent. Room clean, bathroom well appointed, and washer/dryer in lowest level!

No complaints! Average price for a resort town, but much better than average hotel!

Great location just outside the town centre. Walk in 2 minutes. Room was big and clean and the view was amazing. Even the patisserie shop below the hotel was very good.

Our stay was perfect! The staff was very friendly, our room was spacious, had a beautiful balcony and was impeccably clean. The breakfast is excellent: great selection in the buffet, delicious espresso drinks made just for you and a lovely setting. 10/10 would stay again!

The location was right in the center of town so very convenient for walking to restaurants and lifts . Breakfast was complete and a pleasant dining area.

The parking lot was initially difficult to find, but then there were plenty of easy spots. All of the amenities of the hotel were not conveyed to us. We did not know that there were laundry guest facilities until it was too late.

The perfect stay in Ortisei

Hotel Villa Park was a beautiful, comfortable boutique hotel that really exceeded expectations. The room looked like it’s been newly decorated in a very luxurious yet comfortable rustic chic style, and is incredibly well kept and clean. The balcony gave us a beautiful view of Ortisei and was the perfect spot to sit and watch the sunset after a long day of hiking! The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a wonderful assortment of items (the fresh cheese, cakes, and jams were my favourite) and it was such a lovely start to the morning to be able to enjoy it in the sunroom! And the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, they were very accommodating to our needs. I couldn’t recommend this stay enough, and I truly can’t wait to go back!

The best hotel we stayed in during our trip

Everything is perfect. Hotel is nicely located in the city center with walking distance to cable cars, restaurants and a supermarket just next door. Hotel staff is very welcoming. Also the room is perfect, we got a free upgrade. It really is a gem!
