Hotel Garni Villa Park

We got a free upgrade which was nice. No issues with the room. Good breakfast every morning. Hotel was walking distance to restaurants and shops and lift to Sedeca. Would stay here again.

The hotel is in a former villa that was converted into the hotel so the building is very impressive. The grounds of the former villa is now a park. It is located within 5 mins of the airport. There is a restaurant in the hotel that serves complimentary breakfast and dinner. The quality of our dinner was OK, not great, but it was convenient. We returned our rental car the night before we were scheduled to depart and hotel sent a van to pick us up. We also took the shuttle to the airport the next morning. Very efficient and convenient.

Great hotel in downtown Ortesei. Walking distance to everything, and very convenient parking. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Highly recommend. Great value!

The manager was so kind to us. The breakfast has an amazing view. The room was excellent and we parked our car in the hotel with no costs.

We had such an incredible stay here, the location was perfect for our walking, the breakfast was amazing and the staff very welcoming and friendly.

I loved this hotel and the town it’s in. It’s walking distance to so much and the restaurant they recommended us to go to was delicious. The breakfast here was amazing too. Super clean and a very comfortable bed which is hard to come by in Italy. I can’t wait to come back. Amazing service.

The hotel was located very close to the old section and yet was just far enough to feel more privacy. The owners made every effort to make us feel comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

Hotel is in the perfect location. Clean, modern and we'll kept. Breakfast is great. The best part is the staff who are extremely friendly. Overall a great stay.

Clean room big shower very nice view of the mountain. Amazing breakfast. Only thing was that it was noisy from the main road which was outside the window. The staff was basicly helpful

Check-in was friendly and effecient. I had booked a studio and the lady told me to ignore the sign in the studio about a charge for using the kitchen area which I thought starnge as why would there be an extra charge to use the kitchen area of my studio? But as she said to ignore it I thought nothing more of it. What was annoying was for a large double bed there was only one duvet and one pillow on one side of the bed. Which again for a double bed I thought starnge. That evening as I went to get into bed I realised there was a sheet on the bed, just a matress protector. I called down to the front desk but no answer. I went downstairs but no one was there and all was dark in the office. I telephoned the main number and a lasy answered and told me that's the way the bed should be. I'm a travel journalist, I travel frequently and I know what a matress protector and a sheet looks like. I made it quite clear that wasn't a sheet. Eventually the lady says she will come and look. She arrived in her bath robe (very professional) and handed me a sheet for the bed. Yes it was a proper sheet. I then made up the bed myself. Upon checking out I was asked if I had used the kitchen. I said yes, to make coffee. I was then asked if I had washed everthything and left the kitchen clean. I replied that I had left the cup and the coffee pot in the sink as there wasn't any washing up liquid. I was told that there would normally be a 15 euro charge for this. I refused to pay this.
