Good for feeling the traditional Italian vibe. But the appliances needs to be improved.

It’s a very cozy and warm place. Food is nice and workers are welcome

The basic home appliances are not usable. We don’t have WiFi in room and hair dryer is not working.

Check in was smooth and they even got us in early. Room was comfortable but no shower. Wi-Fi not available in the rooms so all planning for the next day needed to be done in the lobby

This was the third year we have stayed at this very nice hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Location is great. Very close to the bus stop, and to downtown, and across the street from a grocery store.

Vegetarian options were not great at dinner. The food was good, but sometimes there was not a vegetarian option on the menu.

Super Comfy surrounded by friendly people.

The location is perfect just close to center and way from any center noise, staff are super friendly, breakfast was simple yet extremely delicious, definitely will stay again if came to Urtijei again.

Nothing, one very slight note is the pillow, caused me neck pain, the cleaning lady helped by changing it but still was stiff and hard.

Good central location, free parking, close to swimming pool, free access to swimming pool and public transportation, good breakfast , including in the price a 5 dishes dinner that was fresh and delicious, very professional and nice old waiter .

Great hotel!

Lovely hotel in a super location! So close to everything and a great place to have as a base if you’re hiking in Val di Funes. The breakfast is good and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Great value for money!

All the staff I encountered were friendly yet professional. Loved that the room is always cleaned when I return to it. The restaurant service staff (2 young gentleman and an older one) - are relaxed but efficient. They anticipate ur need and are friendly. Location is not at center but very close, 2 minutes walk. Good restaurants closeby and convenience store right in front. I highly recommend this hotel.

The smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Opening the windows did not get rid of it. Hotel should heavily fine if guests smoke in the room.

They were so nice! They gave recommendations on places to go see and they were great. Along with that one of my friends has a gluten allergy and they accommodated so well by giving her her own separate breakfast. Would definitely recommend!!

Classic, warm, welcoming hotel 200m from the citycentre. Balcony, view and good beds included. Service at the table with linnen and silver, it doesn’t get better.

Very nice hotel wonderfully situated to everything in town and great hikes.

Perfect location; we did not have to use our car while there, and the hotel provides free parking and free bus passes for the valley. The hotel is very nice, clean, quiet, little balcony, fabulous breakfast included.

Friendly staff, speaking fluent english. A voucher for the nearby swimming pool was a plus. A grocery shop just across the street. Easy access to nearby gondola (~10 minutes walking)

We had a pleasant stay and a very warm welcome. People are very nice. Breakfast was nice as well. The location is great - you can reach all the lifts up to the mounten within a few minutes. In total we had a great stay and surely will come back.

Amazing location with a supermarket just opposite the hotel, walking distance to everything in the town center. We also had 2 balconies with great views of the mountain. There was also free parking, though there were limited slots.

I would have liked a water kettle and small refrigerator in the room to enjoy a drink on the patio but it isn’t a deal breaker as the accommodations more than make up for it.

Perfect hotel in the heart of ortisei. The stuff is unbelievable kind and helpful. The room is more like 4 stars hotel. Breakfast was accelent and we also eat dinner who was great. There is free parking for hotel guests. I deeply recommend this hotel. Worth every penny !

Small and charming hotel right in the middle of Ortisei. Lovely place and town.

As advertised; very close to the gondola for Seceda and they let us stay parked in their lot for the morning while we went up and hiked a bit!
