Alexander is the most incredible host, and we adored our stay there. There was a heat wave and he was able to find the last available fan in Ortisei and get it to us so we could enjoy our time in the room despite the high temps. Extremely clean, zen, big windows, the best breakfast in the world, view of the hills, the attentiveness and service, it was unsurpassed. If you want a memorable, personal, private stay near town without feeling touristy, this is where you should stay!

The location is great for walking to everything- dinner, the pool, and the 2 gondola everyone uses for the famous hikes. The owners are friendly and helpful.
It was hot weather! And it seems like the whole town was not prepared for that. No one in town has air conditioning and no fans because the mountains are usually cool and this was unusual weather for them.
Breakfast was amazing- made to order eggs , make your own juice bar, other juices, breads, loose leaf tea, tea, fruits etc. It is beautiful, peaceful and clean.
We enjoyed our stay . Hikes every day and walk to dinner every night.
The room was hot.
But as I said, the whole town was unprepared for that.

It’s so perfect - our room and balcony faced the back meadow and mountain- peaceful and beautiful. The room was perfect (safe, fridge extra seating). The breakfast was extraordinary. We focused on the home made items and all the fresh fruit. Also they will make anything you want- think eggs, cappuccino….. staff so kind and helpful. Wish we could have stayed all summer!
