The hotel’s only advantage is its location. Everything else was disappointing.
The facilities are very old and run down. Our bathroom door got stuck, and we couldn’t open it for a while.
Breakfast felt like a crowded cafeteria, packed with large tour groups. Dinner was not good compared to other places we’ve been.
The front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Every request we made had to be followed up several times. Not recommended.

Totally recommended this hotel, it provide you a good experience staying in this town, good view from room, nice and clean room as expected. Location is quite far from city center but able to walk (recommended to take a walk to or back from city center, there is a nice walk way). Staffs are very nice and friendly, feel like you stay in homestay with hotel standard. Overall, I really like this hotel and it is one of my best hotel for my trip.

Delicate materials and classy decoration. Breakfast has high quality. Bed is extremely comfortable. Sauna area is clean and relax. Love it!

Nice place, free sauna with 3 different types of sauna. Free flow coffee and tea. There's snacks in the afternoon. The receptionist was very kind. No elevator. No air conditioning. Room was next to the construction that was happening/the road, so it 2as really noisy at night and by 6am.
