Fantastic place, with a beautiful view of the town of Ortisei from the mountainside.

Our room had plenty of space, and it was quite comfortable. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options, and the attendant was super friendly.

I cannot think of anything that we would like changed at this time.. Everything was just as we expected or better.

Wonderful property in Ortisei with a view—Highly recommend!

Loved everything all around. The rooms and property were beautiful. View at the top of the hill was great. Breakfast each day and Friday dinner (during the offseason) was wonderful. We loved the staff there and they made sure to help make recommendations and accommodate each request.

Great view, clean, comfortable and newly renovated room. Staff are courteous and friendly. Our room has exceptional view of Ortisei.

The location of the hotel is more suitable for travellers with car. Walking to the town is possible but there’s some steep slope to take.

Lovely stay despite a bit of dissappointment after check-out

The hotel was lovely. Amazing view, clean and comfortable rooms, good facilities, friendly staff and the best breakfast I had in Italy! I really enjoyed my stay and had a wonderful time there.

Unfortunately, I left my stuff at the hotel and contacted them several times, hoping to arrange to get it back, but never got a reply, (although they responded quickly at first). I have to contact booking.com customer service for help. And the staff didn’t seem attentive about it. It was a bit disappointing because I really liked the place and expected a little more help.🥲

Boutique Hotel Pradell - look no further.

Boutique Hotel Pradell was beautiful. The staff were professional and very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic with all local produce, the freshness was incredible. The room was modern and clean with a balcony, being able to sit outside and breath the freshest air. The free parking is always a good thing. The hotel is walking distance to the gondolas. I recommend checking out the spa as this was the best spa I have ever seen, with views of mountains and jacuzzi outdoors. You definitely need to have dinner at the Hotel as the food was the best of the best.

We are very grateful we found Hotel Pradell!

It has a very homey feel. The staff are warm and welcoming. The rooms and spa area are very tastefully done and they take very good care of the property. The views from our balcony were beautiful. Also the food was very good.

The rooms are not soundproof, so we were able to hear the baby and muffled voices next door. The walk to town is not too long, but it is a climb to get back up.

We had great experience, excellent value for money

We were staying 3 friends at the Family room. The room is big, has a lot of space which was super comfortable. In addition the place has nice and decent spa to relax after a day on the slopes.

The place is described with ski-to-door option. Unfortunately at our stay time the slope to the Ortisei lift was closed, so you find yourself dependent on your car each day.

This is a lovely family run hotel on a great location with a beautiful view of Ortisei. Great buffet style breakfast. Our room had a balcony so it was a great addition for enjoying the view. Staff (family) who runs the hotel was very friendly and helpfull. Room was clean.

The room interior was old and should be upgraded. The towels had a weird smell.

Cozy getaway on the hillside with the best views!

I booked a mountain view room and it had beautiful views of the centre of Ortisei, the mountain ranges surrounding the area and the Seiser Alm cable cars! The room was spacious with a patio area to sit outside, comfortable bed and cozy feeling. The two brothers were very helpful and kind throughout my stay and the breakfast service each morning was also great. There is a bus that runs that brings you down into the town centre and to the main bus loop. The hotel also gives you a Val Gardena bus pass which was great because I didn’t have a car during my stay and relied on the bus and cable cars to do all my hikes. One of my favourite parts was the spa area had a finnish sauna with glass windows with views of the valley. I loved that this hotel is on the hill because of the great views and peaceful getaway. Would recommend this hotel to everyone, made my first time in the Dolomites wonderful.

Delightful property in the daring Dolomites adored by all - we would return.

The property oozed elegance in every nook and cranny. Delicate ornaments gave secrets of the hotels past, with adventurous insight provided by the charming young owners (twins) explaining the exciting outlook for the hotels imminent refurbishment. We loved the Spa facilities which were truly stupendous. Snacks and refreshments were always topped up which was a perfect way to unwind after a busy day on the slopes exploring the beautiful dolomites. The hotel should make more effort to highlight the magical benefits of the ‘Ski in, Ski out’ features that the hotel possesses - what a remarkable way to start and finish every day. Breakfast was as good as any we have had on the continent, we remarked the quality of the delightful soft boiled eggs and the exquisite cappuccino offerings. We would recommend this fantastic hotel to anybody - we will be back.

There was a lot of nakedness in the spa which admittedly has nothing to do with the property but this is a consideration. The entrance area was quite icy and slippery throughout the duration of our stay, the temperature was sub freezing but it could have been gritted more. Finally, the pillows in the bed were very thin and were not the best quality.

Unbelievable view of the city. The staff are very kind. Hotel has a very cozy feel, lots of old family photos and decor which is simply timeless. The spa here is spectacular as well, I can't believe the view from the sauna.
