- Very friendly, accommodating staff; - Location provides a lovely view on the valley below and the mountains in front of you; - A pass to public tansport (stops right in front of hotel) was included in the price; - Cute kitty on the premises!

The only downside I can think of is the fact that the road to Lastei is quite steep and has 2 tight hairpin turns in it. Our little car was struggling a bit, had us worried the first time but if you stay more than one night you'll get the hang of it quickly. So it's not a problem with Residence Lastei, but you may want to take it into consideration if you are planning to stay here.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was a chalet like bilocale, very clean and homey. The landlord was nice and welcoming, and we also received chocolate eggs from the landlord on Easter Eve. We are very grateful for all this.

Wonderful residence with fantastic panoramic view

Everything was nice. The host was very kindful. We arrived at morning, but they prepared room for us. The room was very clean and cozy, and It is residence, we could use kitchen in the room. there were a lot of stuff for cooking. Spoon, folk, knife, bowl, pot, pan, cutting board...even oil! But I didn't know that so I bought olive oil at the market :) I tried to make risotto and it was successful! And we enjoyed the panorama at the terrace. Yes it might be minus point for some travelers that the residense is located on the almost top of hill, But therefore, you can enjoy amazing view of Ortisei and Sassolungo. Even we travelled by public transportation and have suitcase, It was little hard to going up hill. But i forgot when I see panoramic view. I love it :)

Excellent guesthouse with fantastic views and service!

This accommodation was really fantastic, the owner was really friendly and helpful. The apartment was very big and the kitchen well equipped. We were able to order basic provisions every night that arrived outside our door before we were up the next day (bread, milk, etc). The views from the apartment were lovely and we were able to enjoy the sun on the balcony in the morning.

The property was located on top of a fairly long and steep hill so might not be suitable for the unfit if you don’t have a car (but was fine for us) - there was also a bus from the town centre to just in front of the property.

AMAZING host

Michela and Armin are soooo kind. They really provided the best service, such an amazing soul. And their cat is worth to be mentioned here. We arrived at evening, no one in the desk. But the cat leaded us to their room and knocked the door. The room is clean, kitchenette is complete. But again, room is only a room. People who run it is the soul and Michela and Armin did really good job. Thank you so much

Amazing Stay

Very spacious and extremely clean rooms with a patio overlooking an incredible view of the city and mountains. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The town is a great base for your time in the Dolomites. We were not expecting such a grand room but walked in and saw two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living and dining area and a spacious patio. We are so thrilled with our stay and hope to make it back someday.

Nice, cosy and perfect

Nice appartment, fully accommodated, nice view, nice housekeeper, nice place, nice position (however a little bit to climb from the center, but no stress; moreover, bus stop in front of the house), nearby to the lifts (Rasciesa 5 minutes, Seceda 10 minutes to walk down the hill), everything more than perfect. Splendid view from the balcony. Very quiet, we have enjoyed our stay very much. Italy and even Sudtirol are our top popular places which haven't ever disappointed us and we keep returning here till we are alive.

Everything was perfect, even excellent. Only missing kettle in the kitchen, but this is something one may encounter very often in Italy, I'm not sure wheather electric kettles are used in Italy at all ??? ;-).

Although it is up the hill, it’s considered strategic enough for my mum & I to plan to go anywhere. We also like the small kitchenette.

The plugs to slot in our travel adapters seem to not working properly. We had to strive harder to finally get them working accordingly.

Está en la parte alta del pueblo y como no teníamos coche teníamos que subir andando, pero tampoco fue ningún inconveniente ya que solo son unos 10 minutos.
