Clean pretty room, nice little balcony with mountain view, very friendly personnel, excellent breakfast, very good location, near to ski lifts and city center attractions but still quiet neighbourhood.

This hotel is grossly overpriced and consistently under delivered. Staff was at bare minimum and did a good job at making up for the short falls. It's a nice town, just spend your money on accommodations elsewhere.

Last minute trip for a couple. This was one of the last affordable options left, and we were overall very happy with our stay. Short 5 minute walk to town, and the lifts were not much further. Note: The bathtub in our room (I think room #33) had the roof slope directly above it making it impossible to stand up and shower. (showerhead was mounted below chest hight). I am not sure if this is common in other rooms or just the one we were at (I think we booked one of the last rooms. As mentioned it was last minute trip). We weren't fussed enough about it to mention to the staff, but guests should be aware that this exists.

Had a lovely room, very spacious. Nice little bathroom. Had a balcony aswell which was nice with amazing views of the mountains. Also a short walk into the centre. Had lovely customer service, I was given lots of info about the sounding area as it was my first time there. This hotel is like living in a storybook fairytale. Combined with the village, the mountains, and the hotel, I felt like I was living in a fancy. This hotel has a perfect location and it’s perfectly clean. This is a family owned hotel. The mother and son I spoke with often. They delivers excellent service. This hotel will make you want to move to the mountains and live there forever.
