Beautiful apartment. Very well appointed in a great location. Internal lift and jacuzzi were appreciated. Kitchen well appointed and great water pressure in the shower. Good size bedrooms. Great views and patio area.
Only minor things: would have appreciated the bus pass prior to arrival to use from Bolzano. Stayed 5 nights - no change of towels or rubbish collection. Utilised 2 bedrooms but only main bed made up- we should have asked for more pillows as those supplied were thin. However we loved the apartment and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Large rooms
Very Uncomfortable beds. Owner refused to give us extra pillowcases. Said we were 2 people so only 2 pillows. Even though we were paying for a TWO bedroom. No one ever at desk to answer questions. In general it felt like they just didn’t care about our comfort.
