The apartment was great- nice location, very comfortable, beautiful views. We had the third floor apartment with two bedrooms. My kids stayed in the room with bunk beds and loved it. We were concerned about it having no AC bc it was so hot earlier in our trip but when we got to Ortisei we didn’t need it. Check in was easy and Caroline was so nice and helpful with tips for parking and getting to Seceda. Make sure you see the beautiful chickens they keep in the yard!
Wish the apartment had laundry machine but on our way out I saw a laundry room that seemed like hotel guests could use.

Large rooms
Very Uncomfortable beds. Owner refused to give us extra pillowcases. Said we were 2 people so only 2 pillows. Even though we were paying for a TWO bedroom. No one ever at desk to answer questions. In general it felt like they just didn’t care about our comfort.
