The staff were excellent, friendly, and considerate. While they do not offer breakfast, they did have fresh bread outside our door every morning. It was a short 5-6 minute walk to the Seceda gondola and an easy 10-minute walk to the Sussi gondola.

Clean, cozy, and perfectly located very close to the top ski lifts.

We stayed in a small room together with my husband. The hotel is cozy, with a very high level of cleanliness. There is a free-access machine where you can make hot chocolate, tea, and coffee, and they also offer tasty portioned biscuits and cookies. The hotel provides free access to a pool located a 10-minute walk away, and towels are provided with the option to exchange them for clean ones at any time. The room has high-quality kitchen equipment. The hotel has a pleasant scent throughout, an elevator, and a good ski storage room. The location is extremely convenient for reaching Seceda and Alpe di Siusi — the lifts where skiing is the most interesting and varied. This is a great option for a stay in the Dolomites. Yes, the room was a bit tight for an 8-night stay, but not critically so. The cleanliness and cozy interior fully make up for it. Very comfortable beds, soft bedding, high-quality linens, and plenty of towels. Thank you for such responsible care of the hotel property, as well as for the cleanliness and hospitality.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, great facilities. Stunning town! Overall we had a great stay.

It's a little far from the main Alpe di Siusi ski area and main town. Neighbouring apartment was loud and because reception has limited hours we couldn't complain or ask for help. Reception closes early so if you want to wash at night and get change for the washing facilities, it's a problem. They ask you to separate rubbish but there is only one small bin in the kitchen. No receptacle for recycling. A toaster and microwave would have made the apartment close to perfect!

I’d definitely come back.

Clean, comfortable and efficiently run. Free beverage machine and cookies in the lobby provided comfort after a long ski day and before dinner. Free bread delivered to our door each morning was delicious. I like the sunflower seed version. Although the checkout time is 9A, we were able to store our luggage in the hotel and ski another day. The hotel has a room where one can change and shower before leaving for an evening train. A nice plus!

It’s a bit hike walking up/down the hill with ski boots and skis. It’s about 10-15 minutes to both of the gondola stations. A lot less fun than skiing itself, but manageable for us.

Villa Stella is a beautifully appointed & looked after property a quick 5 min stroll into the main village thoroughfare & in an excellent spot to get to each lift for skiing. We had a family apartment, which was spacious & very comfortable. The daily bread order was a lovely addition & much appreciated.

Great value and amazing staff

Staff was so nice and accommodates our needs on the last day they were open for the season. 9a checkout surprised us, but they let us leave our bags in the room until we left at 1p and allowed us to use the laundry.

Beds were big, but just okay in comfort. Standard 9a checkout is too early.

Great little apartment with added amenities in the center of Ortisei

Free bread delivered to your door each morning. Free coffee machine in the lobby (espresso drinks, not just regular coffee, including decaf). Beautiful little apartment. Short walk to Seceda lift and center of town. Nice little balcony to relax on after hiking all day. Great, friendly staff.

The location is very close to the center. The room is very clean and tidy. The view was amazing. They even offer complimentary bread ! There is coffee machine in the reception free all time. The staff were friendly.

When i made the reservation, i didn’t add my child (2 years) because I don’t need an extra crib. And due to property policies children all ages are welcome / they charge extra for crib. Anyways when we arrived, they said they charge for children even without a crib so i had to pay more. Anyways, We got a bigger room with a balcony and a separate kitchen area! We loved the bigger room. But just keep in mind that they charge for kids even without a crib

most beautiful hotel I ever stayed at

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I ever stayed at. You can see the mountain and the town church bell tower in the balcony. The room has a small kitchen and dining area. Everything looks so clean and delicate. They also offer free drinks from a machine, which have many choices.

The bed is composed of two twin beds. It's not very comfortable for me, but I see all the hotels in Europe having this kind of bed.

Great location, just a 5 minute walk away from the pedestrianised centre and a short walk to the lifts Fabulous apartment for a family of 5 - good kitchen and shared living rooms with balconies on both sides of the buildings with wonderful views Staff could not have been more helpful, with lots of local suggestions and advice And free coffee and cake in reception was a real winner with everyone, as was the free bus pass and use of the swimming pool! Thank you for a wonderful stay

Very comfortable stay

A machine provides hot drinks is very convenient for morning coffee and afternoon tea to ease the tiredness.

No room nor garbage cleaning is bit uncomfortable for 5 consecutive stay…though we managed.

August week away

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The fresh bread rolls in the morning were delicious! Our view of the mountains were spectacular. The location is a short walk to the centre of town but also mid way to Resciesa funicular and Alpe di Siusi and not too far up in the hills. We found the guest pass that was provided for the buses were invaluable and the public transportation is very good and far less expensive then taking the lifts and gondola’s for day walking.

The lighting on the balconies are very bright with no option to turn them off. As it was quite warm at night we desperately wanted to keep the balcony door open for the fresh air but the light was so bright, it wasn’t possible. There is a automatic shutter that closes but it essentially shuts out the breeze. This was one major flaw otherwise the apartment had an amazing view and was very comfortable. The pool is not on site as we had hoped (unfortunately the booking.com filter is useless in this aspect) and a 10 min walk away…pool passes are provided as well but we never did go as it felt to far walking through town in beach attire.

Well- maintained building

It’s a pretty building with a lovely view from the back The room ( triple) was very pleasant and there was a lift The location is pretty good but up a hill from downtown village Ortisei There was a supermarket in the village not too far There is a shortcut to the cable cart There was complimentary coffee cookies and cakes downstairs

Coffee facilities were downstairs Didn’t suit us as my husband can’t function without caffeine so I had to scoot down each morning to fetch the complimentary coffee Quality problem, but would be nice to have facilities in the room

Great choice for families

Fantastic family room with a view, fresh bread delivered daily, stocked kitchen, walking distance to everything. Hotel booking comes with a free bus pass for all over the area, making it easy to access lots of ski lifts without the hassle of driving and parking, and entry to fab swimming pool complex in town, which kids loved after a day out. Family enjoyed the hotel's garden, table tennis and playground too.

It was in the perfect location situated in the middle of 3 cable car/ lifts that take you to all the must-go destinations. The view from the villa is great with the peak of Sassolungo visible and the staff were very accommodating. I would recommend.

Amazing hotel with wonderful rooms, views and staff!

The hotel is beautiful and has a very good location with beautiful views! The staff is very helpful and welcoming and made us feel at home at once. Our apartment was very spacious and clean and had a big terrace towards the mountains. We also very much appreciated the bread service, the coffee corner and the fact that entrance to Mar Dolomiti is included! Everything was just perfect. Thank You for a wonderful stay, we will be back!
