Location to the cable car

Cristina - possibly the worst person I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with in hospitality. She is great to other Italians … to English speakers you may as well be dirt. For the price point I would rather take that sort of hospitality from a camp site. I’m annoyed I never got my bus pass and Cristina gave me such a hard time checking in with my citizen card (European) that I almost lost my booking. This act contradicts their policy on their own site.

Disappointing over priced stay.

The view from some parts of the hotel is amazing

The hotel is very old, the Bathroom shower didn’t work fine, there were no basic amenities like kettle, water, tea cups, and even the so called shampoo and body wash was kept in a sachet. The breakfast options were also limited at the not very fresh. They didn’t even have the courtesy to do something about the broken shower.

Quaint hotel, meets basic needs

Bathroom was large and brand new which was a nice surprise. Hotel has dated decor but doesn’t take away from any comfort. Breakfast was basic but was lovely enough and set us up for the days. Staff were friendly at check in and when coming in and out of hotel.

Car parking on steep hill and also seemed like not enough for the amount of guests hotel could take.

Big room for OK price. Nice breakfast buffet

The size of the room is very comfortable: there is an entrance hall with space to leave all your outside gear (jacket, shoes, back packs), a roomy bathroom (with bidet :) ), and a nice and big bed. Even a balcony where you can enjoy the mountain air.

The building and deco was outdated and old. I went to the swimming pool, there was a beeping noise all the time I was there, like an alarm or smth. And the fact that our room was oriented to the noisy street was a bit tiering too.

Clean - comfortable stay

The room was very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The internet worked great and the breakfast was very nice. Location is good for Seceda (Not walking distance - maybe a 4-5 minute drive)

The price was VERY steep - more than any other place we stayed in the Dolomites. The "outdoor pool" is a portable kids type pool - I wouldn't count on using it.

Friendly staff overall. I booked this hotel because of location and offer for shuttle, but I learned after it was seasonal. I did get a ride from a sweet man who dropped me off at the center of Ortisei and I made it in time to go up Alpe di Suisi before closing, beautiful views! I didn’t have time to eat breakfast at the hotel, but very sweet staff gave a croissant, toast, and tea to go! Really appreciated them!

Truly, I didn’t like that shuttle wasn’t available, but understand it’s seasonal. Also, it was hard to find staff at 4pm, stood around waiting for someone to come out to ask about hiking trails and shuttle/bus tickets to get there.

Great experience! Loved it.

Customer service was great. Very helpful and friendly staff. Chiara at reception was excellent. I loved the swimming pool and the sauna, woth great views. The room was super big, with a huge TV and it was always super clean. We had a small balcony with two chairs to relax and enjoy the mountains. Last but not least, breakfast was superb.

Location is a bit far from town, but you get a bus free pass for as many days as you stay there. Its about 20 min walking distance. Not so bad, but it's worth it for value for money.
