A cozy stay for happy honeymooners 👫🏻💕

Garni Alba was such a cozy and comfortable stay, made even better by the beautiful balcony views. It’s great that they also provided free parking as well as great spread of breakfast. But the real highlight? Their resident cat, Mino, who came by every day to visit and snuggle with us. Little moments like these made our Dolomites stay & honeymoon trip extra special & memorable! 🐾

Only because I’m not the fittest, so I didn’t enjoy climbing up slope to return back to accommodation every night, but a great workout nonetheless. 🤣

Hospitable, cozy & conveniet.

The property in itself had an exceptionally picturesque view. The stay was also stationed right next to the Resceisa and Seceda funicular, making our holiday trip to certain tourist spots quite easy. Rooms were clean, giving us a good night’s rest, hotel breakfast was great, the property owner, Silvan, and everyone were super kind and friendly … and not to mention, there was a super cute cat too; there’s not much else we could’ve possibly needed! 10/10 stay, would visit again!

There wasn’t anything in particular we didn’t like. It was a slight inconvenience that the walk from the town centre to the hotel was a little bit steep, but otherwise, there was no problem.

Perfect stay in the most beautiful town in the Dolomites

Communication with the host was timely provided all of the information we needed. Garni Alba was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The room overlooked Ortisei town center and out towards Alpa di Siusi. That view was stunning. The location is ideal as the walk to the Seceda lift was less than 5 minutes and less than 10 to the town center Alpa di Siusi lift. The provided breakfast was very well provisioned with delicious meats, cheeses, breads and pastries. The hosts were very helpful and informative. Silvan helped map out a great route for our hike in Alpa di Siusi based on our 5-6 hour desired timeline. It was spot on with very varied views along the way.

Amazing location, service, and owners!

The location is amazing, the rooms are clean, breakfast was delicious, and Silva and his family were so accommodating and had great customer service. We were less than 10 mins walk to Seceda cable car, Alpe di Siusi cable car, and the start of the hikes for San Giacomo church and Val d’Anna. The Resciesa funicular is right behind the B&B. We also walked to the main part of Ortisei to eat and shop in minutes. It was nice to not have to drive at all for the days we were there!

Short a lovely B&B in Ortesei. The hosts were super attentive to the details like wash clothes for Americans. Great breakfast. Good recommendation for dinner on a Sunday night with a short walk to town.

The place to stay in Ortisei

We could not have stayed at a better place in Ortisei. Easy pre arrival communication and check in. Room with balcony with fantastic views of the valley and mountains. Comfortable bed, fresh and clean bathroom, wonderful breakfast with home baked goods and the most gracious hosts. We loved it!

We loved the incredible views, the spotless and comfortable rooms, and, most of all, the kindness we felt from the owners. They were some of the friendliest people we have met on our vacation, provided plenty of suggestions, and made us feel welcome from day 1. Not to mention, easy access to the funiculars! Fantastic stay

Garni Alba was the perfect spot for our family trip to the Dolomites. Not only was Ortisei a great place from which to access the hiking areas, Garni Alba was the perfect mix of location, value and convenience. The owner took us in like we were family and it showed in the quality of the rooms and the care taken with the breakfast. We highly recommend Garni Alba.

Cozy family hotel in traditional Alpine style

Welcoming family running the hotel, thanks to Silvan for kindly meeting us at the bus stop when we arrived to Ortisei. We liked traditional outdoor and indoor style, good location, delicious breakfast, everything was amazing!

the best Ortisei hotel I’ve ever stayed!

This hotel is the most wonderful one I’ve ever stayed. The hosts are very warm and I felt welcomed. The room condition is absolutey clean and the breads and fruits that I served for breakfast were all fresh and delicious. I would say I won’t never forget the moment I stayed here for honeymoon with my husband and definitely can say that we will visit here again within a few years!

Cozy B&B in a beautiful setting with a very friendly host.

We were very happy with our stay at Garni Irma B&B! The room was very cozy and it has a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Silvan was one of the friendliest hosts I have stayed with. He and his family make you feel very welcome. I also appreciate his guidance in planning my excursions in the Dolomites. He knows a lot about the area. I can’t wait till my next visit!

My Favourite B&B in Italy

The owners were so lovely and welcoming. The room was so clean and had the most comfortable bed. The breakfast was generous and tasty. I wish we stayed longer purely to enjoy the room and town even more.

The steep hills in town to get everywhere! But the pain is worth it for the beauty. As for the accommodation, I have zero complaints. It was perfect.
