Great value, friendly staff, super convenient

Very clean, close to gondolas and the center of the town. Breakfast was great! Your usual spread of yogurts, granolas and seeds, pastries, eggs, and meats and cheeses, all of which were high quality and fresh.

The duvet and pillow could be softer and cozier but no real complaints.

Super, as usual !!

We have stayed here several times and have allways been very happy. The staff are very friendly and helpful and create a very welcoming environment. We had a problem with our car and one of the hotel staff walking past told us to park in the hotel garage and asked if we needed him to contact a garage to repair the car. Luckily we were able to fix it ourselves and drove it around to the garage.

Truly a wonderful place to stay in Ortisei.

We had a lovely stay at B&B Villa Angelino as all the staff we encountered were highly professional, courteous, helpful and friendly from the reception to housekeeping. We booked two rooms and was pleasantly surprised that we were told that one of our rooms was upgraded to a Double room with balcony. Rooms were exceptionally clean and well lit. Very convenient location as it is close to the Centro and the bus stands. We stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast spread was good and the petite lady in charge of the breakfast area is so friendly, cheerful and chirpy. Will definitely recommend this place to others. Our thanks to the staff who made our visit to Ortisei a memorable one!

Perfect stay with stunning views and exceptional hospitality

Everything about this place was outstanding. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely kind — they made us feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and extremely comfortable, with a breathtaking view that made every morning special. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that showed real care and attention to detail. The location is also perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and scenic. It’s one of those places that exceed expectations in every way.

Amazing stay in the Dolomites

We were upgraded to the Hotel for free and had an amazing stay. Very nice large room and amazing bathroom. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast each morning as well as cake in the afternoon. 4 saunas, indoor/outdoor pool and a spa. It was in a good location to walk to the gondolas. I would definitely come back and also recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful hotel! Modern, everything is convenient. I received a free room upgrade and a QR code for free use of the pool (in town) and buses (including the one back to Bolzano station, which worked). The restaurant is very friendly and welcoming. It's very cozy and comfortable! Delicious breakfasts. I recommend it!

Loved being in the Dolomites and getting the bus and Mar Dolomit included.

The hotel and room were better than expected compared to the photos, although small, but I expected that. The staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful and the quality of food was very good. Lovely view from the balcony. Great to have proper coffee cups in the room, lived them.

We had to go first to the other property to check in. Luckily someone was going into ours just as we arrived, so we left out suitcases inside and didn't have to walk them unnecessarily yo Hotel Angeo and back. The people in the room above us were thumping around until at least midnight 5 of the 6 nights we were there. I had to turn my mattress around as it sloped to one side from regularly being used as a double bed. The hotel email being hacked and casuing me a lot of grief. Whilst I was there I also got a WhatsApp message from a +91 number (India) asking me to click a link about my payment. You need better Internet security. Also, I was very reluctant to register online and provide my passport details,, as you should advise guests that the site is actually from you and a secure site.

Great choice of B&B we made for wonderful Ortisei Stay!

Great service and friendliness offered by staff at reception and breakfast room, Location very central in Ortisei, a lot of restaurant and supermarket is nearby. The Room is sufficient for our stay and rest up for our activities plus great view from our balcony.

Check-in of the B&B is in different location but it can be access by foot or few minutes drive through ZTL area but this is very easy access as Hotel will managed your ZTL pass quickly.

The location was short walking distance from bus from Bolzano. The check in staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with freshly made coffee and breakfast staff was friendly. Great customer service. We booked the smallest room but was pleasantly surprise with the large bathroom.

We were upgraded to the larger Hotel Angelo Engel upon arrival which was an awesome surprise! It gave us full use of the pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room at the Hotel Angelo Engel (the parent hotel of the B&B). Fantastic!!

The only thing they could improve on would be better pillows on the bed. One was very lumpy and the other very thin.

We had a corner deluxe room with balcony and lovely views in two directions. The room/bathroom was spacious, immaculately clean, functional, super comfortable. Breakfast was great! Parking was convenient and staff were helpful and friendly. Also only ~200m to the Mont Seuc Alpes di Siusi cable car. We loved our stay!

Great location, clean room

The staff at the reception (since the reception is in the hotel Angelo Engel) was very unprofessional. Since we were leaving in the afternoon after the check out , we asked if we could leave the luggage in the hotel. When we came back our luggage was standing where we left it (in the hall next to the main door). When I took my luggage no one in the reception even noticed (meaning that anyone could have access to our luggage). When I told to them that that is highly unprofessional, the only answer was “well we are sorry, it is as it is”. The main manager on the reception was very unpleasant and unprofessional.
