Luxurious stay with great facilities

Everything in this hotel cues luxury, from the exterior façade to the little details in the room. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel a lot and wished that we had stayed for more nights! There are so many facilities in the hotel like sauna and indoor heated swimming pool. The hotel is also very centrally located that we can walk over to the cable cars.

Only thing is the mini fridge doesn't seem to be working during our stay here but we didn't mind at all since we could just open the window of the room to cool our drinks :)

Very much enjoyed this hotel, would definitely stay again

Perfect location, wonderfully professional and friendly staff, and excellent hotel dining room for breakfast and dinner. Hotel pool and spa were an extra bonus that we really enjoyed.

Floor threshold between bedroom and wardrobe area was not smooth and was a tripping hazard, and bathroom could use a little bit of updating as bathtub was very deep and a bit difficult to step in and out of for a shower.

Charming hotel with central location, spa services, pool and incredible meals.

I loved this charming hotel and the excellent service that we received. I booked the half board that included breakfast and dinner; they were exceptional! The spa area with pool provided the relaxation that we wanted after a day of exploring the sites. We were able to park at the hotel for 17 Euros per day. The location was excellent for using the lifts from city center,

If you stay here, stay on the back side of the building to avoid noise from the bars till after 2am.

The size of the room was great and the room was really clean.

The bed wasn't comfortable and the noise from the bars was really loud until 2:15am every night.

Quiet and comfortable hotel in heart of Ortisei

Everyone was kind and helpful. It’s centrally located in Ortisei and near the Alpe di Siusi funicular. The room was spacious and had a wonderful balcony. We were on the fourth floor and it was very quiet. The breakfast and dinner facilities were great and the staff were very friendly.

The temperature was a bit cool in the room, and there wasn’t a thermostat. We were told that the temperature was controlled centrally. It got a little warmer later on when the temperature was turned up.

My room is charming. I loved the balcony. The hotel was easy to get to and the staff is very helpful.

I would like to have had à la carte selections for dinner. The dinner was a several course meal, and it was more than I could eat. It was delicious, though.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location for exploring the Dolomites

Our stay at this hotel was excellent and my only regret is not having spent more time! The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out. Our room was clean and comfortable with incredible views from each window and a lovely balcony. After a long day of travel that my partner and I had to arrive, it was really comforting to wake up here. The breakfast was delicious and all of the staff members were kind and accommodating. Ortisei is a great town to walk around in and is a perfect location for access to many hikes nearby. I would highly recommend it!
