Charming hotel right in the center of Ortisei. It's in the pedastrian area, so if you drive here you need to inform the hotel to submit your license plate. Great and rich breakfast. Set-menu dinners are also avilable. Walkable range to the cable car to Alpe di Suisi. We got two connected rooms, one with balcony and both with table and seats in a corner booth (like it). Although the place is old, it is well maintained and everything works.
Services are all great, except a moody male front staff that'd better find another non-hospitality job.

Everything in this hotel cues luxury, from the exterior façade to the little details in the room. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel a lot and wished that we had stayed for more nights! There are so many facilities in the hotel like sauna and indoor heated swimming pool. The hotel is also very centrally located that we can walk over to the cable cars.
Only thing is the mini fridge doesn't seem to be working during our stay here but we didn't mind at all since we could just open the window of the room to cool our drinks :)

Perfect location, wonderfully professional and friendly staff, and excellent hotel dining room for breakfast and dinner. Hotel pool and spa were an extra bonus that we really enjoyed.
Floor threshold between bedroom and wardrobe area was not smooth and was a tripping hazard, and bathroom could use a little bit of updating as bathtub was very deep and a bit difficult to step in and out of for a shower.
