A spacious apartment with a good location close to Seceda and Resciesa.

We were there on a ski vacation. Location: close to Seceda and Resciesa cable cars (few min walking) so you can do skiing without using car or public transport. Apartment: it is a spacious apartment (we were in apartment B), with a large bedroom and living room/kitchen. As it was on ground floor, it had also an entrance from the small yard in front of the house, with a nice view. There is an underground parking garage, connected to a ski room where you can leave your equipment.

Lovely apartment 10 minutes from the centre of Ortisei

The apartment is spacious for 4 people. It's possible to separate the beds into 2 singles in one of the bedrooms. There's underground parking garage and a ski-room. The owners is very responsive.

A couple of things to be aware of - The apartment is located about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Ortisei. While it's easy to get to the centre using the travelators/escalators, going back from the centre was a bit difficult with skis and ski boots. The last 350m are a steep walk uphill. All the shops and restaurants are in the centre. Regarding the kitchen - Be aware that there is a microwave and a hob, but there is no oven.

Great location, close to Seceda cable car and only 10 minute walk to town. Easy to find and drive to, with garage parking available onsite. The bathroom was large in size, as was the bedroom. Apartment was clean.

Excellent family-run accommodation in a beautiful location. Very good and welcoming service. Spacious and comfortable rooms with excellent facilities for cooking. Washing and drying facilities.

Only recommendation would be to have some fans available for the rooms to keep cool during summer months.

Comfortable, convenient and good Wiifi apartment

the place have washing machine and dryer at the basement. Walking distance to Ortesei town centre and cable car station. Place is clean and facilities are good for family or someone who likes to cook or have breakfast in the apartment.

It would be great if the water pressure for shower is strong. You normally will take extra minutes to shower because the water pressure is weak compared to the hotel I was staying before. The price per night is slightly high, it would be great if the cost per head is around 50 euro exclude tourist tax.

The landlord has a bad attitude, we just stayed at the outside table for a while and he yelled at us, he said we stayed for a long time but we didn't, he said another guest needed to use it, long after we left Found the table not being used, he had a very bad attitude

Apartment was very clean and good. Host were very nice, kitchen and other facilities were good. One of our mattress was not good, though host informed us later why we didn't inform earlier and they could replace it ( so fault on our side also).

Bad

Th location of the residence is not good at all. It is far away from the ski lift, rental stores & centre. To make matters worse it is situated at the top of a very steep hill. Moreover, We had very noisy people staying above us. Furthermore, what I believe was the worst part of the lodiging situation was the attitude and disrespect of the owner. Although check in was at 3pm we were asked to leave the premises at 10:00am. I called the owner to ask if we could stay an extra 30 mins (hence, till 10:30am) as the taxi was coming for us at that time. He very rudly rejected my suggested and proceeded to tell me to wait outide. This was ridiculous as it was cold. Instead we had to walk down the hill with 4 large luggages and wait at our friend's accomodation. All this for 30 minutes. What I could not understand was that although I suggested and offered to pay extra for the 30 minutes, he was adament for us to leave at 10:00am.

A brilliant apartment for the holiday I wanted, as a single hiker.

All essentials present. Bidet and great shower and bath, great for hikers. Washing machine and dryer. Great location, up the hill from the Seceda cable car. Only 10 mins to town by foot. Good support from the owner/administrator.

Could have done with a bit of coffee, perhaps a "minibar" arrangement somehow. I had to buy everything in, which is OK actually (it wasn't a hotel room). But e.g. no spare waste bags. Completely empty fridge, etc. A bit more little food/drink frills when I got there would have been nice.

Great base for exploring the Dolomites

The location was great, very close to the Seceda gondola and funicular making it very convenient for getting an early start. The rooms were well organized and had the utensils we needed to make our meals. The bus pass included was great for accessing the nearby towns. The host was very nice and had some excellent recommendations on hiking in the area.

Excellent service, great property

We booked on the same day of our stay, and the host was responsive immediately, writing to us to give details of the stay and how to get in to the property. This was very helpful. Upon arrival we were transferred to a better property, an upgrade in a better location. The host drove us to the new property on a Saturday night, going out of his way to help. His tips for the mountain hikes were great The property is very spacious, very clean, great layout, excellent beds, bathroom supplies fully stocked.

Wifi didn’t quite work, but we were not un Ortisei to surf the Internet. We came here for the mountains and the town. Not a big problem

My stay in Granavra

Liked the space and loctation of the appartment next to the outdoor parking space, also closeby to the ski lift. Be aware the walk is rather steep.

The person taking care about appartment was rude, wiiling to take one of my kids out of the appartment in the night due to the mistake in my booking. The case has been sorted with the help of booking.com, the contat with the person was very emotional.
