Perfect Hotel for Seceda

I have NEVER gave hotels a 10/10 rating. This property had my heart with the landscape artistry, immaculate cleanliness, antique and charming, not dingy interior decor, comfortable beds, spa options, spacious parking space, and more. You can tell that the staffs take pride in maintaining every corner of this hotel. It was so cozy yet professional at every level. The breakfast was delicious and had many healthy options. I just wished that I could've stayed longer. Absolutely stunning place and thank you for all your hard work!

Hotel Luna was amazing! Breakfast was amazing!

The staff were very friendly and are such good people, they go above and beyond for you. The breakfast was amazing! I would say it was my favourite breakfast I ever had at a hotel. They had everything, a highlight was the fresh juice you can make with the juicer. The inside of the hotel is very clean and luxurious. The vibe and atmosphere of the areas were amazing. It is a really beautiful hotel and would highly recommend it.

Most hotels have an Iron in the room but for Hotel Luna they have an ironing service, not sure if that is an extra fee. I believe you can also go down to the reception and ask to borrow an iron.

A nice hotel to stay in Ortisei, will recommend to our friends.

The breakfast was exceptional: high quality food with many selections. The room and bathroom were nice and spacious. The location was great. We also loved their sauna and used it a lot. It relexed the muscles and recharged us for the next day activities in Ortisei.

For a 4 star hotel, I expected a desk and a chair in the room. But there were none of them, which was unusal.

Lovely stay and excellent service

The staff was very attentive. The facilities were coz and comfortable with different areas to enjoy. The outdoor garden area is lovely, and the indoor pool very fun. The breakfast buffet is superb, and the dinner was very good as well. We had a wonderful stay!

The evening restaurant menu was a fixed price 3 course menu. It was very good, affordable, and it changes every day, but one night we wanted a lighter meal, and we had to go elsewhere, because the hotel only offered the fixed price menu.

Wonderful hotel in a stunning part of the world

Hotel Luna Mondschein is excellently located at easy walking distance to the centre of town and, importantly, to the cable cars to most of the attractions nearby. The facilities are exceptional, the hotel is clean and you can tell there is immense pride in the way the owners look after the place. The pool and sauna facilities were a wonderful and pleasant surprise. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful, always with a smile and very knowledgeable to provide assistance. Superb buffet breakfast with plenty of seating options, a lovely setting and very helpful service team. Add to all that, we had parking available and yummy cakes daily from 3:30 pm to enjoy. Would not only recommend but definitely stay there again on a future visit.

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent.

While located outside of city center, it is only a short walk uphill to the center and all the lifts.

A very memorable stay in the Dolomites, with loads to do.

Staff were fantastic. A family run business, with young members of family serving and collecting used plates/bowls at breakfast. Very mannerly. Well trained. A credit to their parents. Beautiful breakfast fare. Heated outdoor, and indoor pool with spa - a welcome treat after a day's hiking. A wonderful location for a summer visit

No air conditioning was unfortunate. We roasted at night, although staff informed us that it was unusually hot this July, with a mid-30C heatwave all over europe.

This was an excellent accommodation in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to the town. The facilities were excellent and a great way to end the day.

The rooms were lovely, but there was no air conditioning so got hot at night.

The hotel is in a good location. The city center and public transport are very close. The room is a good size, comfortable and has a balcony, which was very nice. Small fridge. Good and varied breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Good soundproofing. Great Spa - both pools and saunas, and relaxation rooms. Beautiful garden. Friendly staff. I really like this hotel.

The breakfast was astounding! So many delicious options including a fresh juicer. The spa included many types of steam rooms and saunas to experience in a particular order for optimal wellness. I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel – from the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making it a relaxing retreat after long days of exploring. What truly made the experience stand out was the bartender ( manuel) . Not only were the drinks expertly crafted, but the bartender’s warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made every evening at the bar special. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home – a true highlight of our trip. Thank you to the entire hotel team for such a lovely experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The facilities, food , and staff were excellent, lovely relaxing gardens with plenty of sunbeds etc, just a few minutes walk to the centre, spa area is very good but can get a little crowded

beautiful grounds, nice outdoor pool, spa services, great breakfast in a lovely bright and airy room, walking distance to town center, restaurants and cable cars, rooms are large and very comfortable. The hotel is right on the road, but rooms are soundproof, it was really quiet.

Concierge service could be much better. We asked for restaurants suggestions and help with reservations and were told to Google and call ourselves. Any other hotel we stayed at in Italy would take a better care of us. Breakfast servers were hiding in the kitchen. There is a sign that the egg dishes can be ordered. The servers did not offer it even once and seamed like they were avoiding offering egg dishes as much as possible.

The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location with easy access to the bus cable cars and town center. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The food and meal plan were also excellent.

The property is very beautiful, with every detail perfectly designed. Great location, just a short walk up the hill to the quaint village. Be sure and eat your meals at the hotel, as the dining is superb. The gardens are amazing, with lots of seating and beautiful flowers, a lovely pond and crystal clear heated pool. The property was designed with the guests comfort, enjoyment and love of beauty in mind. The owners are onsite and the people who work at Luna are very engaged and helpful. Don’t miss out on the Luna Spa, the facilities are top notch, the treatments are amazing and affordable. Also, the underground parking is perfect I would highly recommend this gem!

The rooms are really lovely, smaller than I would like, however they are nicely appointed, with beautiful details like coffered ceilings and beautiful wood doors. The shower was small and leaked and our room was a little noisy, as it was on the street. Be aware that there is no A/C, it was quite warm in July. Lastly, an iron or steamer in the room would be helpful. These negatives are absolutely not deal breakers, as the quality, beauty and attention to detail far outweigh any negative issues. I would absolutely stay here again.

Top Quality hotel in Ortisei, Val Gardena

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location 400m to Ortisei center. Private garage. Two swimming pools, one indoor. Fitness room. Room and bathroom very big, comfortable, clean and well maintained. There is great view to the mountains. The food is wonderful: great buffet breakfast and top quality dinner!
