Sublime spa, food and on the doorstep of fantastic walks

This hotel exceeded our expectations, from a warm greeting on arrival with a welcome drink with a tour of the hotel grounds. Our car was parked for us and luggage taken to the room with no qualms. The hotel location was fantastic literally minutes away from the cable car station to alpi di suise. We hired e bikes which was my partner’s highlight. The spa was incredible! The food was incredible! We had full board and was not disappointed. The Mediterranean buffet was the best experience! Thank you to all at Adler, it was the best trip!

Complimentary tea or coffee with the daily cake time would have been nice but no qualms otherwise.

The spa, pool, relaxation rooms, lounge areas, restaurant, rooms were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was top notch. The resort is close to restaurants, shopping, hiking, and trams. We would love to return!

Alpine Paradise

Our stay at Adler Spa Resort Dolomiti was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the serene alpine setting and the resort’s understated elegance. The grounds are immaculate, with breathtaking views of the Dolomites at every turn. The spa facilities are world-class — multiple saunas, steam rooms, and indoor/outdoor pools with panoramic mountain views make it easy to lose track of time. Our room was spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, blending natural materials with modern comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we woke up each morning to the sound of birds and crisp mountain air. Meals were a highlight: the breakfast buffet is vast and beautifully presented, with everything from fresh fruit and pastries to made-to-order eggs and local specialties. Dinner was equally impressive, with inventive, flavorful dishes and excellent wine pairings — all served by a warm, attentive staff who made us feel genuinely welcome. What truly sets Adler apart is the atmosphere: luxurious yet unpretentious, with every detail carefully considered. Whether we were relaxing in the spa, hiking nearby trails, or enjoying a quiet drink on the terrace, we felt completely at ease. We left feeling renewed and already planning our return. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of nature, luxury, and wellness, this is it.

The hotel was great - it is Booking.com I have a problem with. I booked a room with a balcony and probably stupidly, assumed it would have a view of the mountains. Instead, we were on the first floor, directly over an entrance to the hotel where people congregated to smoke. Our "view" was of a courtyard and if we craned our necks, some hills. This is not the first time this has happened to me (i.e. a not-very-clear description of the room) and next time, I will book directly with the property.

The location was outstanding. It was very convenient to some of the lifts. The breakfast buffet was varied and excellent. The room was large, updated and very clean. We used the spa pools and they were very nice. I also had a massage and that was great as well.
