Great Stay, Great Host, Great View, Great Location

This property is incredible. They checked in with us in advance via whatsapp. The Check in process was very easy. The rooms were very nice. I really enjoyed the "Honesty Drinks" making it easy to grab a drink or two when we arrived for a very reasonable price. Our host provided amazing local information and was easy to get a hold of. I even managed to lock myself in my room and a staff member came and helped me out within about 10 mins.

The only thing I would recommend (and this is just a recommendation not an expectation) would be to provide some simple pantry stuff for longer stays. simple things like oil, butter and salt would have been perfect. We had to purchase a large stick of butter and a full shaker of salt and pepper which we only used a small amount of. It would have been perfect to just have a few of those salt, pepper, sugar and butter available. Just the staple items.

The view was “out of this world”. Was absolutely stunning to wake up to that view every morning. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Gorgeous decor everywhere. Perfect for 7 people in one room. (3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. - note one bathroom is not an en-suite)

It was ok for us but the walk to the town is downhill but walking back is hard work. (Approx 1km). Suggest a stop halfway at the lovely wine bar at Casa Di Sole. Excellent! We drove to grocery store. Had difficulty with temperature control in apartment & one bedroom became quite hot. No toaster.

Great location, off the busy tourist main street but just less than 10 minutes walk away, same to the cable car stations. Very well equipped apartments with everything we need for our 4 nights’ stay, washer and dryer make rainy days more manageable, private in apartment sauna is a plus after a day hike. Susanna is the best host one can expect, nice, attentive, always ready to extend her assistance.

A bit of uphill’s walk back to the apartment. There are plenty of free parking spot right next to the apartment building. But we try to avoid the hassle of looking for parking near cable car stations and restaurants, so we just walked and felt good. The walk might be challenging for weak people, but they always have the option to just drive in and out. So it’s not really an issue.

A beautiful apartment with a big terrace and a view in Prtisei

The apartment was spacious, beautiful, and very well equipped, clean, and exactly like in the pictures. Amazing view. Highly recommended! The host was very nice and communicative.

A little walk to the center for everything, but still close enough. We did not move the car at all on the 3 days in Ortisei

‏The hotel is excellent. ‏The reception is excellent. ‏The apartment is spacious and equipped with all amenities (TV, washing machine, ironing, cooking). ‏Cleanliness is excellent – the interior design is amazing. ‏The staff and reception service are five-star. ‏The view from the apartment’s balcony is wonderful. ‏There are nearby parking spaces as well as private hotel parking for cars.

‏I have nothing negative to say about the hotel except for the check-out time, which is at 10 a.m. I hope if they change to 11 am then everything is excellent

Beautiful garden appartment with view.

Spacious well-equipped appartment with beautiful garden & view. Super friendly team, Susanna even picked up one of us from a bus stop. The accommodation is on a hill above the city, 10-15 mins walk, so consider this when booking, for us it was no problem at all. Thank you again, we really enjoyed it.

Small improvements could be better black out curtains, a second smaller pillow in the bedroom and salt & pepper in the kitchen.

Wonderful gateway

It is in a beautiful location overlooking the Alpe di Siusi and Ortisei. Reaching the Seceda and Alpe di Siusi cable car is very easy. Either you drive for 2-3 mins or by walk 15 mins. The apartment we got was called design studio and was beautiful, clean, spacious had all facilities. We were welcomed kindly by Susanna, who helped us with recommendations and accommodated our requests.

Luxury apartment with custom interior design. Very clean and comfortable. All the necessary utensils in kitchen (even a wine fridge). Awesome hosts. View from the windows / balcony is just stunning.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with under cover parking. The location offers a great view, but a little too far from the village and any ski lifts to walk, however the bus stop is just 300m away.

there was no cleaning during our 2 week stay and the checkout time of 9am was a little early.

Awesome stay

The apartment is great, looks fresh and new. 2 bathrooms makes the apartment perfect for traveling with family or friends. Kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, high quality kettle (tea drinkers will appreciate it), and several types of coffee appliances. Morning view from the room is astonishing. Stuff is welcoming and helpful. They separated the beds in one of the rooms upon our request. Plenty of parking, including indoor garage.

We were ready for 10 minutes walk from Ortisei's center. But some people may find it challenging, considering the elevation.

Our apartment was a bit dark, with no direct light in a one bedroom and bath room. Kitchen is in a corridor style, without direct light and with very basic equipment Considering the 4 stars label, apartment would benefit from a Nespresso machine, an oven, a toaster, etc, .. as well as an access to a spa or swimming pool, .... Overall, mixed value for money.

Era un super apartamento con vistas espectaculares, mucha luz, la decoracion inmejorable ,en la cocina no faltava detalle, tenia una habitacion aparte con lavadora y secadora una apartamento muy comodo pra dos parejas ya que cada habitacion cuenta con 1 baño , todo muy limpio , la dueña de la casa super simpatica, lo recomiendo 1 y mil veces.
