Amazing hotel and staff!!! Couldn’t have been better

Beautiful location and view was really nice. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel looks new and nice. Easy walk around 10 minutes to the Seceda. It also had a parking garage. Rooms have a balcony as well.
Room was a bit small but that was ok for us. There was no AC so we had to open the balcony door at night to cool the room which was somewhat ok until sunrise but I guess this is the same for all Ortisei hotels. Wi-fi was slow sometimes not all the time.

This was one of the nicest properties I have stayed in and I have stayed in some nice places. I’d even compare this level to a Four Seasons. Warrants 5 stars. Maybe lost some points on the size of the room. Not that it was small just that’s the only thing I can think of. Spa was amazing!!! Location perfect.
I would have loved a Nespresso Machine in the room. Don’t love powdered coffee.
