Lovely top quality hotel with very friendly, professional staff. Really comfy beds with great bathrooms and the food is just beautiful. We also had a drinks reception in the garden around the fire pit. We had a fab stay and lovely to relax in the spa after skiing

Close to easily walk into town and can also walk to the Seceda lift. The shuttle bus was always prompt to pickup. Great facilities: steam room, sauna, ice cold and hot showers, relaxing room, rooftop hot tub, and large ski room. Staff were warm and lovely!! Room was very clean and with views over town.
The shuttle only runs in the morning and afternoon, so if you are doing an afternoon of skiing, you will have to walk to the lifts. The restaurant had relatively limited options and aims for a "modern" vibe - we went only once, but it was otherwise popular (though the prices, we thought, were high). Purely personal preference, but I would prefer to pay half the price and stay in one of the hotels I have stayed in Ortisei before, with a bit more charm. I have also stayed in some hotels with a more local / home chef style of food, but again this is personal preference and the quality of breakfast at Planlim was great.
