Superb hotel! Perfectly located in the small town. Service from the staff was impeccable. Very cosy hotel and highly recommend it. I appreciated the ride into town with driver, nice touch.

My only negative comment would the lack of views from the hotel and room. Such an incredibly gorgeous area of SudTirol, with exceptional views everywhere you go. However the hotel is tucked away on a tight street and my room with terrace and hot tub had no views and lacked privacy from other rooms.

One of the most incredible hotels we’ve visited

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Loved the electric decor and the modern room. The staff went above and beyond, unloading and loading our car and giving us a great tour of the facilities. The breakfast was incredible. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel

Very modern hotel with a chic design while maintaining a warm and cozy feel. Staff was excellent- they do all the big and small things very well. It’s a little farther from town but this ended up being a plus. Very quiet and the hotel offers a very comfortable and quick shuttle to town upon request. Highly recommended and I’m a hotel snob.

Beautiful accommodations in a beautiful setting. Exceptional staff, Paulo the bartender made it very enjoyable with great advice on hiking!

Too much odor, diffuser smells in the air for such a naturally beautiful place. Pizza was delicious, restaurant food not as good as expected.

If you are looking for “peace, luxury and attention” this is the place.

The staff was above and beyond. We have stayed at many Four Seasons hotels / luxury hotels and this staff was “authentic” not “in your face” but noticed when you needed their services. We will most definitely return multiple times. It truly was worth our “time”. Luica the manager of the main restaurant…..they are blessed to have her, she is truly caring about “you”!

Excellent 5 star hotel with amazing facilities

Amazing hotel, excellent facilities including the breakfast, easy parking in their garage and above all very hard working & awesome staff! Oh yes and heated and very convenient indoor pool. Attention to detail in everything they do is commendable. Simply the best!

No cons other than the little out of center location. Fitness center could be a little bigger, it was little hard to use the technogym kinesis because there was literally no roomn in front of it. May be remove one of the treadmills and make some room in front of it? Regardless, we would stay there again, no doubt!

Fantastic staff! Made our trip extra special

The location of this hotel was perfect for us-close enough to town for an easy walk but far enough out to be quiet. The hotel was very clean and we loved the amenities, especially the in-room sauna which easily accommodated our family of 5. There were also little touches like sweets and herbal tea nightly in our room and washing the windshield of our rental car before we checked out which were so nice. Best of all though was the exceptional staff! Thank you to all of you for making us feel so welcome.

Layout was a little confusing at first but not a big deal.

You'll never want to leave the hotel! An elegant experience!

The staff was very professional and welcoming. They really anticipated every need and surpassed it. We got a complementary room upgrade for my birthday, and the room was so special! It seemed like every time we left the room there was some sweet touch or complementary something that was left for us to return too. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing! It was so nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the little town, but still be only a reasonable walk away. There are pathways all throughout the town that make getting around so convenient! We didn't even need to get in the car! There were very very nice electric bikes for us to rent which we did one day when we went on an electric bike tour through the mountains which was such a magical experience. It was by far the most elegant hotel experience I've ever had. There were so many amenities we didn't have time to take advantage of too. There is so much to enjoy in the hotel, if it weren't such a beautiful area, we could have spent all our time just enjoying all the beauty available at Montchalet!

I definitely could have asked for help, but I found the phone system in the room to reach staff or room service to be confusing and wasn't able to use it when I really wanted to order food.

Exceptional Mountain Getaway

The staff are absolutely incredible. Each one went out of their way to know us, our preferences, and were extremely accommodating and friendly. They made us feel like part of their family. It’s also the small details that made this trip memorable; the scents throughout the room and hotel, welcome champagne, notes welcoming us (and likewise wishing us safe travels), nighttime tea, and washing our car windshield. The rooms are divine and the bed was next level. The spa was amazing and so refreshing. I felt like it was our little chalet for a few days.. already planning when we can come stay again.

The spa opened from 2-8, and would have been nice if it would open earlier.

Amazing Stay

The staff and entire hotel were exceptional! The smaller restaurant was one of our best dinners while staying there and our server was outstanding. This hotel has done it all right. It’s a bit of a walk up/down a few steep roads but still only takes 15 min to walk to center of town. Hotel was worth the hills!

The outside view of the room, although I had previously confirmed this, was inappropriate. 2. The breakfast is not suitable for tourists - you are forced to sit at a table and are not given a choice. Meals are served upon request from a menu with limited options. The service staff's behavior is disrespectful, especially the staff at the table assigned to room 101. - It would be preferable to see tourists choose the table that suits them. It would be preferable for breakfast to be a buffet, and the staff need to re-evaluate their treatment of tourists. Italians 1. La vista esterna della camera, sebbene ne avessi avuto conferma in precedenza, era inappropriata. 2.
