The location was amazing. The views were stunning. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. It’s right at a bus stop for travelling into Ortisei and we were given a free bus pass for travel around sudtirol. We ate in the hotel restaurant multiple times and the food was exceptional! It was lovely to relax in the pool too after a nice day of hiking the surrounding areas! Will definitely be going back!

This is an amazing place to stay. Very clean and modern, spectacular outlook, quiet area, exceptional staff, wonderful breakfast and dinner, a bus ride from the front of the hotel into Ortisei or surrounds, lovely swimming and outdoor area.
I found the mattress too firm for my comfort. Also, the pillows were either very firm or overly soft. I’d like to give this a 9.9 because everything else was so good.

The reception and hotel management team were incredibly knowledgeable about the region and provided excellent suggestions of the activities we wanted to do. Lovely hotel resort in the Dolomites, a bit out of the town centre but a quick drive to everywhere. The facilities were excellent. Breakfast provided daily was delicious.
