Very helpful staff, Location, secure parking, size of room, comfortable beds, interesting building, quaintness, clean. very close to ferry port(1 mile)
St Malo itself was very good.
bath only, doorways difficult to open, wifi access really odd, breakfast a bit meagre not great quality(cold coffee, was put right)

Period hotel with private parking in a convenient location.
The room was a little tired and we would have liked a proper showier rather than a handheld attachment over the bath.

Beautiful old building.
Fantastic location.
Free parking on site.
Easy to walk to the sea at Solidor with beach and a selection of bars and restaurants. 25 minutes walk to the walled town or easy to catch number 8 bus from Solidor or St Servan.
Very convenient for ferry to Portsmouth.
Bath very slippy - needs a mat and handles. Difficult to shower because of this and shower head did not attach to wall.
No lift.

Unique property very large room though we paid for an upgrade
Stated yea and coffee in the rooms but there was none. Hot water also insufficient as ran out this morning which was strange as hotel half empty
