Handy modern little hotel great location

The hotel and space is super modern, loved the vibe of it and staff were helpful.

My room was located next to a lift shaft the noise of that and the housekeepers having a loud conversation outside of my room in the early morning wasn’t great…

Fabulous hotel - can’t recommend it enough!

The Billie Hotel exceeded expectations in everything. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We travelled in a group and stayed only one night. ( sadly as I could have easily stayed longer). From the interaction with the staff , the beautiful decor in the hotel, the comfortable bed and the location in a vibey area close to everything ( yet quiet enough) this hotel is a gem! The experience was closer to a 5 star.

Beautiful Hotel with Fantastic Staff

The staff were so kind and welcoming and their breakfast was the perfect start to our morning. Our room was beautiful and always clean when we returned from our adventures

Modern and stylish stay

The staff at Billie is friendly and professional. The entire hotel has a nice and well thought decoration, which is very pleasing to the eyes. My room was comfortable and the AC worked great. I also appreciated the fact that the breakfast included local products (brioche)

A very minor comment: the layout of the room, combined with its small-ish size, made it difficult to open my suitcase conveniently.

Close to centre, easy to get to tram to travel round, lovely clean room with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly. Kept our bags until room was ready.

Beautifully decorated rooms with lovely attention to detail. Comfortable bed, large shower, and fresh water available from fountain in reception. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Friendly, helpful staff made us feel very welcome. Good location, near shops and restaurants. Fantastic value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel for one night

Really nice atmosphere, lovely staff, perfect location.

Room was really tiny, ok for one night but wouldn't stay here longer. We could barely open our big suitcase in the room. The pictures were a bit deceiving as the rooms looked a lot bigger.

Comfortable and friendly hotel in a good location.

Good location - close to some goog restaurants and shops. Nice room with good facilities.(Air-con on request at time of booking). Efficient lift. Nice breakfast with good choice of healthy options. The staff were very friendly and helpful and really made you feel welcome. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Nantes.

Great value hotel in a fab location.

Location was great,easy walk through pedestrianised streets which was so lovely. Only there one night so this was our priority as was parking which was very close by in a secure multi story car park.

Room was very small but to be expected in this type of city hotel.

Very disappointing.

The basin

The room was shabby, the bed was uncomfortable. The furnishings were very old fashioned, brown 'velour" bedspread and nylon curtains. There was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. There was no shower.
