Great stopover in a beautiful City! 👌🏾

Location was excellent; overlooking the main square! Parking right outside the hotel; free after 19:00. Staff were excellent; very courteous and helpful. Overall a great stopover!

it’s okay - they need to fix the self checkin machine

centric and simple. good for a quick few nights

they don’t have anyone available at night, its a self checkin - the machine made me pay or wouldn’t give me the code to enter (even though i already paid with card through booking). money was then reimbursed, but an unnecessary bad experience. other than that it was okay.

Great hotel, superb breakfast and lovely staff.

Great location, clean, comfortable and an absolutely amazing shower with lots of really hot water. Breakfast was superb and all the staff were lovely.

It had A/C which was needed in the heatwave but it was only one temperature. Obviously cooler than the temperature outside but as an older lady that gets hot in the night even in winter I would have liked to be able to make it cooler.

Location is quite convenient to visit Nantes city centre. Staff was friendly and supportive.

A bit expensive. Not good quality for money. Room to leave luggage after check-out not available. This is a no go. Check-in experience has to be improved. All the check-in process is done at an automatic desk. If you arrive earlier than the check-in time, front door will not open and you will not be even allowed to get in the hotel.

It was pleasant, the location was wonderfully central, and the staff were lovely.

The rooms were clean, suitably spacious and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were fine.

The plumbing in my bathroom was a bit dodgy, the shower was quite low to drain.

very basic hotel, but conviniently located

Conviniently located hotel (or hostel?) just outside of city center, around 10-15 min walking (3 tram stops). There was just the absolute basics: bed, towels, shower gel and toilet tissues - and poorly working TV (with french channels only) + internet.

- Position of the bed in the room was terrible (right in front of very long corridor), what made all the noises even louder. We were woken up a few times by people closing and knocking to adjacent doors. If bed would be positioned where the TV is located (1-1.5m to the front), it would be much quieter. - There was no fridge and no option of storing anything in hotel's kitchen (big minus in hot weather) - TV was restarting itself numerous times (even during night - had to unplug it) - There was no scale available at the hotel (for weighting luggage) - We were not allowed to leave luggage anywhere after check-out (we were offered to keep it at nearby IBIS at 6 eur/person, what I find very high price) - Didn't use breakfast service, as it was extra paid

It was central and clean. The hot water was there.

The hotel was going for a "technological / no human" type of process. So we were supposed to check in ourselves via a kiosk HOWEVER, when we arrived at 13.30 the hotel door did not open to let us in to the lobby from the street. We rang the bell and connected to a call centre. We spoke to 3 different very rude and inpatient people who told us to actually sit on the curb until 14:00 which is room check in time. We argued and argued to be let in to the lobby. 14:00 came and went, still no one to open the door. Around 14:20 a young boy let us in and turned the kiosk on for the check in process. The room had exactly 1 bath towel for each person. No hand or hair towel. No hand soap. Just a bottle attached to the shower wall for hair, bath, hand. No hair dryer. One trash bin with no lining bag. One pillow for each person. I know "budget", but this is simply "cheap". Next time, to Hotel Terminus across the train station.

Excellent value for money

The hotel is in a great location just a short walk down to the centre of Nantes - be careful though, it's a walk back UP the hill to the hotel, so don't overdo it in the many bars and restaurants down there in the old streets. The staff were great, and the breakfast more than adequate for the price. My room was perfectly clean, and though on the Place Viarme side of the hotel so a little noisy with the window open, I have no complaints at all. Great value for money.

Very Dissapointing

Nothing

There is no one at reception most of the time it was closed. Food Distribution machines doesn't work at all. I asked someone he said many clients faced this issue but we cannot refund or cannot do anything. I saw few people with booking confirmation were waiting outside the hotel because there was a code to enter the hotel and they didn't have it. I stayed in many hotels but this was the worst experience.
