A great option for your stay in Nantes

Very good location (3m walk to the tramway, 10m walk to city center) , value for money, bed is great, nice decoration, very clean. Safe and nice area, next to a food store open from 7am to 10pm. I can recommand it 100%

Camile, the front reception girl was exceptionally good.

My initial room was unclean and I asked for a change and luckily Camile was very good and did that for me. Location wasn't as I'd thought the 'Addegio Apart Hotel' by the station, it was another 'Addegio Apart Hotel' two or three miles walk away......why not give them different names......oh yeah, cos then you wouldn't be able to use the one near the station as a carrot on a stick to induce bookings! Room was also badly laid out, tiny living area, massive bathroom, funny 'L' shape configuration and the matress was just a basic rectangle of foam rubber!

Good location Pleasant staff Clean Ok for a quick stay but nothing good enough to come back at this price.

Value for money is not good. Too expensive for the room, especially the one at street level, where you can barely open the blinds if you want privacy. No window opening. Room is plain, very basic. It is clean but no charm at all. Quiet on the street side but noise can be heard quite loud from the ceiling and the corridor. All in all, disappointing for me.

Would recommend this location to anyone who wanted to go to Nantes, and I would definitely stay here again.

The location was really great, a quick walk to the tram stop but also only 20 minutes from the centre-ville. The staff were also so friendly! I had a problem on the first night, and the woman at the reception desk got it sorted for me immediately and the technician came the very next morning. Incredibly friendly and welcoming, even though not everyone is completely fluent in English it never made me feel awkward or nervous at all!

Quiet and peaceful

I liked how well-equipped my apartment was, it had everything essential including cooking utensils. The breakfast was great! It was very French and you could boil your own egg. The room was very quiet. I didn't hear any sounds. I slept well throughout the night.

The cleaner didn't restock the toilet paper. I stayed for a week.

Clean, spacious and reasonably well appointed apartments in a good location.

Situated a short walk from the tram stop and close to the centre of Nantes. Reception is open throughout the day. On-site, private, secure parking -or you can also park on the street immediately outside. Good size room and comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Cooking hob and microwave. Room had plenty of light and fully opening windows. You can purchase food, wine etc from the digital shop, even when the reception is closed.

Kitchen could have been better equipped: utensils, plates etc
