    The staff was super friendly. The room had everything and it was only about a 10 min walk to the castle. There’s a big Carrefour nearby, so it was really easy to buy food. The parking area is a bit tight, but it’s fine for a small car. It might be tricky if you have a bigger car.

    Stretli sme sa s velmi milym a ochotnym personalom. Ubytovanie je vhodne na dlhsiu sluzobnu cestu. Nachadza sa tam aj kuchynsky kut s vybavenim. Zariadenie je jednoduche. Je tam aj zabudovana skrina s trezorom. Kupelna by si uz zasluzila obnovu. Aj modernejsi typ TV by sa zisiel na pozeranie Netflixu a pod. Ranajky boli dobre. Chybala mi zelenina.Mali sme parkovanie auta zabezpecene. Bola som spokojna.

    I had a horrific experience with both this hotel and Agoda. I specifically booked a Superior Studio with one double bed and one sofa bed (loft style). What I received was a complete scam: 1 Wrong Room Type: There was no loft and no sofa bed as advertised. To make matters worse, the "double bed" wasn't even a real bed—it was just two single beds pushed together. 2 Unprofessional Staff: When I pointed out that this wasn't the room I paid for, the staff's response was a blunt "I don't know." They told me to complain to Agoda and claimed they had no other rooms to move me to. This level of indifference and lack of accountability is unacceptable. 3 Deceptive Confirmation: Even though my Agoda confirmation email clearly states "Superior Studio with sofa bed," both the hotel and Agoda insisted it was the correct room. It felt like gaslighting. I arrived here exhausted after participating in a marathon, needing proper rest. Because I was too tired to move my luggage and find another hotel, I was forced to stay in a room I hated. Warning to others: Do not trust the photos or descriptions of this place. They practice "bait and switch" tactics. If you want a comfortable bed and the room you actually paid for, book somewhere else.
