Very good location, good price. Convenient to supermarkets and transport, just a couple of minutes from the chateau ducs de Bretagne. Quite dated though, shower just a basic shower curtain. Staff very nice and accommodating. No air con. Liked the fridge kettle and cutlery/delph, quiet at night,

Clean apartment, close to the centre with secure parking. A bit noisy in the morning but overall a decent, no nonsense, place to stay. Communication from the aparthotel by email was fast and the staff were very helpful. I would stay here again.

We arrived after the front desk was closed - not knowing that we would be unable to get in as no one contacted us with the entry code. Luckily we were able to call and speak with someone who gave use directions on getting the key for our room. The room was fine at a glance but did have some problems. The handle of the faucet in the shower was broken, and the shower head wouldn't stay in place, meaning we had to use the showered as a handheld piece. We also didn't have any lights in the upstairs area, but they were able to fix that. the general cleanliness, especially of the bathroom and patio area, was subpar, but it fit us fine for the few days we were there.

This is a crummy run down strange apart-hotel. Old think towels, zero amenities, no receptionist evenings & weekends, fresh towels were not offered, location is great but you are sharing a hall with families and young children making noise and cooking in an apartment building environment, not a hotel at all.

The hotel was basic. Clean, just not so modern, needs updating. Bed very comfy. Good room fan which was needed as it was quite warm on our visit. Didn’t use the kitchenette facility but looked well equipped.

The worst hotel ever, left after 1 night (paid for 3), the room had the worst stench, dirty, neglected, no AC. Tiny shoer, reminded me of my worst experiences in India...

The location is perfect, close to everything so we didn't use transportation 10 min to the train station and by walk to the city center. The room is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. However, no one cleaned our room for three days and the shower is poorly fixed.

The property is great, easy access at all times of day or night. The room amenities are fantastic including fridge, sink, microwave and dishes. Just around the corner a few steps away is the best stocked supermarket ever with anything you could possibly need in food or toiletries. The helpdesk staff are really helpful and friendly. Tv in room and very comfortable beds.

The hotel is in need of renovation, the rooms are basic and the shower was pretty poor. The rooms are smaller than they look on the photos. We stayed when there was a heat wave and the room was so hot, no air con, just a fan! Slippers were advertised but I couldn’t find any! The rooms were clean though.TV is 51 Cms not inches as I had thought and has no English speaking channels. However the 2 people I spoke to on reception were very lovely and accommodating. Although not the hotels fault, a lot of homeless gather around the corner at the supermarket and it could be quite intimidating to walk through them.

Great location in central Nantes. Stayed in one of the spacious two-level apartment, two beds, small kitchen with fridge and good internet speed. Clean. Ideal for a small family. Some of the fittings and decoration could do with some renewing, but all fit for purpose. Staff really helpful. Nantes is brilliant for kids and adults alike and only an hour on the train to the coast for a day visit.

Great location in Nantes, close to downtown and main station. There's a Carrefour market just beside, which is very usefull, specially because there's a little kitchen in the room. Room and bathroom are good, and wide enough. The self-service laundry is great!! 3 euros to clean, plus 3 euros to dry. And the whole cicle takes about 1h30m. Just be aware: - the reception closes early, and does not open on weekends. So be prepared for a do-it-yourself service. - they have parking, but it's not included in the price. It's 8 euros/day. - don't have A/C.

The staff (a young boy in our case) was really pleasant). The location is really close to the castle and public transport. The room was excellent (comfortable bed, simple but useful kitchen...), we had a good time there in Nantes.

and best of all no wifi. thanks ducs won't be back again. Cleaning staff deserve double pay cos that's the only good thing about it. Room had a galley kitchen, but boiling water in a saucepan for coffee gets tedious. I guess previous occupant nicked the kettle and toaster. g'luck with gettin a wifi connection there...

I stayed here for the music festival Hellfest the only downside to the hotel I would say would be the lack of wi fi as it said online there was but it turns out there was not. Also when I got to the hotel I read through the welcome book it said rooms had DVD players in them my room did not.Otherwise if these issues wouldn't bother you it was fine

I like this place because it is self catering. My room was fine, but the hot water was rationed! You get one tank per day (it heats up at midnight). Area is a trendy part on Nantes and has plenty of good restaurants locally. It is easy to get to and from the airport. Take the airport bus (Navette). Ask the driver for Liue Unique (also an interesting visit). It is only a few minutes walk from the old town too.

When registering, the Hotels needs to give immediate information about obtaining keys, opening hours when somebody is at the desk are not all the same at each hotel and a foreigner if his arrival is late could find himself stranded. The shower could be bigger. Otherwise we have been very satisfied. Employees have been very nice and accomodating.

A nice serviced appartment located in a very central location. The staff spoke English and were very helpful giving as advice about Nantes, including transport and where to eat (there are two nice restaurants nearby, Le Square and Brasserie Felix). The room was warm, but the fan did the trick. It was very affordable and a nice stay.

This was an excellent place to stay if you are attending an event at the Congress Centre across the road. The rooms are small but functional and there is a supermarket underneath.The sofa bed takes up too much of the room when down which really was the only negative point and it gets very hot.Staff are very friendly and helpful. Underground parking was a good bonus.
