Great location but very basic

The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Nantes so everything is walkable. There was a guy at reception who was also at breakfast who was very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate for a one night stay but the bathroom was not great as the shower was broken. The attachment to hold the shower head to the wall was snapped, so you had to hold the shower head. Also the toilet was very high from the floor, feet did not touch the floor and you had to jump off it. Children would really struggle.

Convenient for close access to the train station, but not for enjoying your stay in Nantes.

Location was good because i had to take a train in the early morning the next day.

Smelled weird in the hallways and in the room. Had dust. The shower drain was clogged and it made a puddle, and all they had to do was remove the hair in the drainage (which is did and it grossed me out).

OK for me to break a trip to elsewhere.

I arrived mid morning and was allowed to drop off my bag before going for a wander as check in was at 3pm. Nantes is a nice place.

The bathroom, the shower water went everywhere apart from down the drain hole, the toilet was not grounded and felt like it was about to come off the wall.

Little concerned about late access despite advising at lunchtime that I wouldn't arrive til after reception had closed, I didn't receive the access code until my flight had landed.

Good hotel but brely any wifi

Very nice room in a great location near the train station. Nice staff

wifi is pretty much non existent and it was very frustrating. I read reviews and everyone complains about it. Why not just solve the issue once and for all ? Without that, you would have a better score and more bookings

Location, great staff and very quite

Wi-fi was all through the motel but we had no wi-fi in room 201 it would work but as soon as you walked passed room 203 it would drop out. Not helpful in planning your next travel destination.

Great location for an overnight in Nantes.

The staff were very helpful. We were able to leave luggage before check in and after check out. The wifi worked well. Breakfast and coffee good. The location is great for sightseeing.

The toilet is way too high making it quite uncomfortable. The pillows are too thick and no spare pillows as an alternative.

the location and the staff.

The room smelled of cold cigarettes, obviously not the hotel fault, but a previous bad guest; but the staff came to spray the room and offered to change rooms. The toilet was also installed by a giant apparently and my feet could barely touch the floor which was uncomfortable experience.

Friendly hotel in Nantes' exuberant centre

Friendly hotel right in the centre of things ... great spot to enjoy nantes' exuberant streets and buzzing restaurants. The staff here are knowledgeable and keen to help. Good breakfast too.

Liked everything although rooms are small and some might find the decor a bit dated. Nothing to worry about though. There's a lovely courtyard out the back and the hotel is quite quiet considering its urban setting.

Friendly staff and good location. Right next to castle and convenient for Cite conference centre.

Basic room. Desk too small to work at. No iron in room - had to borrow from reception, but no ironing board available at all. Toilet mounted on wall too high off the floor to use comfortably!
