Cute hotel, great location, lovely staff, but too hot

Absolutely love the branding! The rooms are so cute and cosy! The shared social and lounge spaces were very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great location near the tram line too which was convenient. Will definitely stay here again but not in summer because it was too hot!

Lack of air conditioning! I very nearly died from the heat! I was on the top floor and had a roof window which helped with the ventilation but not with the sun. It was so so hot and my chocolate melted haha Also it was quite loud with my neighbours coming and going.

Lovely apartment in Nantes

The apartment was fantàstic, right in the center of the City with all the commodities needed to spend a perfect 3 day trip in Nantes. The beds were super comfortable and it was supplied with all the necessary things. The personal in the reception are really nice and helped us with every question and necessity. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Would love to visit Nantes again

You were excellent at getting one of us to the airport for a very early flight. Your help with this was superb. That made the person feel safe traveling alone. It was much appreciated.

Because of the intense heat wave it would have been great to have air conditioning. You unfortunately cannot control the weather.

It was uncomfortable and awkward.

The room was decently sized. Close to bars, restaurants and parks.

Bed was on a slant so we rolled to one side. Breakfast was minimal choice. There was a curtain for a bathroom door. The shower only came up to about 5ft. Our view was a carpark and the back of a public building. No safety locks on the window despite being a ground floor room so we couldn’t keep the windows open in 29 degree heat. No one at reception when we arrived for 10 minutes despite arriving when we said we would.

Amazing hotel very clean everything was okay The staff was very kind and they recommended many interesting activities and good places for eating and drinking The breakfast and the coffee were excellent 👌

The towels were a little bit small. There was no salty food at breakfast except a little bit cheese (only one day :( ) The elevator was old but functional

Location

Dirty and dilapidated. Had to go outside and back in through another door to reach the breakfast room! The lounge was directly behind a double, automatic front door, so freezing. I had to keep my coat on and noticed that no one else used it. The shower door didn't shut. The toilet seat was not fitted correctly.
