A perfectly adequate budget stay in a central location close to the railway station. The property looked a little tired but the room was clean and reception staff were efficient and friendly. I had a problem connecting to the internet on both my devices which reception staff were unable to assist. The breakfast was a disappointment and nowhere near as comprehensive as the illustration shows. I felt it was poor value.

This is a very good appart-hotel. It’s convenient for the train station and the city centre. The rooms are clean and well laid out. The staff are very pleasant. My only complaint is they make you pay for each dose’ ( coffee ‘bag’) to use in the coffee machine in your room. A kettle might be better in the circumstances.

The staff made the experience great. The Hotel is designed for anonymous stay. Imagine business people in town for a few days, weeks or month. Small fridge dishwasher, stove top. The front staff make it personable always with a smile always very helpful.

The location is close to the city's main attractions. The front desk is closed during the night. The room has balcony and city view. The bed is large and comfortable. The heating system in the room works very well. There are only French channels available on TV. The free WiFi is very good.

The AC in the room does not work, and it is 41 degrees today. The room is also dirty and the bathroom smells really bad.

Reception was not staffed when I arrived around 5 pm on a Sunday and the door was locked. We had been sent an email advising us what to do but there was no sign on the door to check our email for instructions, and I normally do not check my email. A text message might have been more useful..

The hotel was fine. However, the room we had needed a good refurbish. The walls were dirty, the bathroom panels needed replacing, dust on corners and on edges.

Room layout was very strange and cramped for 4 people. Toilet had a wall in front making it difficult to use. The receptionist does not speak English, we asked for areas where we can park. He does not understand what we said. The air conditioning is not working, we tried ringing the number for emergency and did not get any response.
