Bed clean and comfortable

Very tired, hot, impossible to leave windows open, door to one bedroom could not be closed. Stuffy and musty.

The location is good to the centre. Wi-Fi was good too.

There was no toilet roll in bathroom and only 2 small towels for 3 people.

On site parking was great but not particularly straight forward to get into or out of. Bathroom could do with being updated but functionally was fine.

Excellent family accommodation

Really nice accomodation in a lovely area. Walking distance to old city. Pizza from reception was delicious. Very friendly staff.

No air conditioning was the only downside. Fans worked well but we needed to leave window open so it was banging slightly at night. It was extremely warm when we stayed though, this is probably not usually an issue.

good budget residence hotel in very good location

The hotel had a perfect location for my trip - very close to Cité Congress Nantes. Train station was very close too. At the same time, after using a shuttle bus from the airport, one should climb quite high staircases to pass the railroads which is rather inconvenient with heavy luggage. There is a Carrefour store in 50 m what is very helpful. Sound protection was OK. I didn't hear neighbours, only planes' and trains' noise, but not during night and early morning times. 24h Hotel reception was helpful in arranging taxi or printing needed one-page document.

Room has no air conditioning, but a fan. When I was in Nantes, temperature was not so high as previous weak (when it reached 35 Celsius) and that was tolerable. There is no phone in the room - it actually is - a little bit rusty and dusted, remainding times when it was operational. Would be better to be removed or making operational again, as goig down to ask a simple question is not conveninet, although with elevator - not a big deal again, TV (as usually even at more luxury hotels in France) had not a single English-language channel.\ There was a drainage smell in the bathroom

Walking distance to gare and car rentals. Parking available. Breakfast was good, not fancy but plenty of choice.

For just sleeping and a good shower, it’s really very very doable.

Considering the price and the possibilities in the apartment, it was a very good deal. Beds are good, shower is good. The ventilator was a much needed accessory! In the area you’ll find a supermarket and lots of nice places to eat and drink. The hotel’s staff is very helpful and friendly.

Room is a bit cramped and there is no airco. The promised fresh towels didn’t arrive.

Great location, easy to find, and close to almost everywhere in the city. 24/7 reception ready to attend to your needs. Sufficient apartment for a family of four.

Parking information could be sent in advance, not to drive around afterward. Parking places tiny, should arrive with smaller cars.

Good hotel for 1 or 2 nights only

The hotel is very close to many touristic places to visit. The neighbourhood is calm.

The room, bathroom, shower, weren't clean. Some gatherings near the hotel made it a little bit hard to open the window during the night, even though it was really hot.

Breakfast was good (lovely creamy scrambled eggs).

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and had a great selection. The room was exactly as described and with a great shower.

A pleasant stay

It was near the centre so it was close to a supermarket, tram stop and shuttlebus. There were cooking facilities and cutlery which made the apartment more comfortable.

Perfect clean and unfussy accommodation for a weekend trip.

It was perfectly situated for the purpose of my trip. I was going to a gig at the Cite de Congrès which was less than 5 minutes walk way. Equally there were bars and restaurants within the same walking distance.

I liked the location which was very close to my son’s apartment.

One of the front desk employees was not very nice. Also, when I checked out, it was discovered that my card had been overcharged but they were unable to refund the card. They had to give me Euros (which are useless to me in the US).
