Super staff, very clean, easy to find.

Breakfast was fine, limited choice of basic pastries, coffee machine was good and staff were truly lovely.

The accommodation was in a separate building which we didn't know about when we booked.

Helpful and friendly receptionist. Breakfast was good value (optional extra) Reasonable room rate for a budget hotel and it seemed very clean Free parking on site

No aircon or fan - we found it difficult to sleep on a particularly hot night. Bedside lights didn't work. Very small, airless bathroom. Industrial setting (though to be fair we hadn't researched this - picked this hotel because of its suitable location for an overnight travel stop).

Offre correcte mais propreté à revoir.

Le disponibilité d'une chambre avec 4 lits.

La propreté est à revoir, draps tachés, cheveux et poils dans la salle de bains, absence de sèche-cheveux et de café/thé avec la bouilloire. Nous arrivions tard et repartions tôt donc difficile de croiser du personnel pour en parler.

> Communication efficace par sms, mais aucune présence sur place (ni samedi 14h à notre arrivée, ni dimanche 11h à notre départ). Cela laisse une impression d’hôtel fantôme … > Le portail du parking ne s’est pas ouvert à 2h du matin, il a fallu stationner à l’extérieur sur le trottoir.

Chambre plutôt sympathique et silencieuse. On appréciera également la literie ! Le parking est globalement accessible. J'en suis à mon second séjour et le rapport qualité/prix ainsi que sommeil/repos est plus qu'honorable !

Hôtel très calme proche des axes autoroutier. Chambre hyper propre, literie confortable en 160 ,serviettes, sèche cheveux, bouilloire, thé, café, sucre à disposition. C’était vraiment appréciable. Merci de ces délicates attentions envers votre clientèle.

nous n'avions pas droit au petit dej. mais nous avons été super bien accueillis en prenant un yaourt, café et viennoiseries. bonnes explications pour ouvrir portail à code ( qui n'a jamais été fermé durant notre séjour,.. mais bon), explications code d'entrée de l'hôtel bien acquises grâce au personnel compétent et agréable.

grosse chaleur dans la chambre. salle de bain étriquée avec moisissure au plafond. nous avons entendus toutes les clés tournées dans les serrures de chambre des clients rentrés après nous. Pas trop discret le système. sinon r. a. s

Porte-manteaux cassés, ils tombent au sol lorsqu un un vêtement y est accroché. Pas de télécommande pour la tv.
