Good for a business stay

Very good location if you have to visit IMT Atlantique. Direct access to the city centre via bus C6. Quiet location and very friendly staff.

Good for a short business-stay

The location is ideal for IMT Atlantique, the Grande Ecole in Nantes. Good public transport connections into the city. Last year I remarked that it would be nice to have some showergel, although these are essentially self-service rooms and seem to have reacted to this now.

The beds are a bit tough and the pillows a bit lumpy.

- Great friendly staff and effortless check-in and check-out. - Clean and nice room! - Cooking appliances and a fridge.

- Limited Wi-Fi (for whatever reason many websites don't work and they block VPNs). - Basic toiletries like soap/shampoo are not included. - It's quite far from the city centre (but there's a bus stop nearby).

Very clean, functional appartment

Very quiet place, very good for the stay for few nights. Far away from the city center, BUT very close to the bus stop line C6 (Google maps did not know this line C6 :-( luckily very friendly local people in Nates helped). The information about the key was clearly described by e-mail before my arrival, all worked like in was planned. I did not meet any reception during my stay. Apartment was small, very clean and everything was functional. From furniture there were: a comfortable bed, a small dining table, a desk, two shelves and a wardrobe. There was a small kitchenette with dishes, a water kettle, a filter coffee machine, even few tea bags, sugar and instant coffee :-) There are no restaurants open in the evening, no shops around BUT there was a trailer selling homemade food (pasta, salads, panini, even tiramissu), I am not sure about working hours. There is no chance to buy water or snacks at night or late evening, take it into consideration upon arrival (no automates neither). In the morning and during the day time a cafe and a pizza place are just across the street. The cafe I can recommend, the pizza place I did not have time to visit, but looked nice as well. I am very satisfied with my stay in City Résidence Nantes La Chantrerie.

Be aware that there are no shops around, no chance to buy snacks/drinks late in the evening or night.

L'emplacement et la propreté

Erreur de chambre nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre non nettoyée Une seule chaise pour 2 le petit déjeuner du coup chacun son tour... Et la literie tres inconfortable tres dure nous nous sommes réveillé avec un mal de dos tous les 2

Très bien pour 2 nuits en dehors de la ville

Simplicité d'accès (code coffre), parking gratuit dans la rue avec nombreuses places disponibles, proximité d'un grand parc arboré et ombragé, proximité échangeur périph + universités, bar/resto sympa à côté, accepte les chiens, nous ont accordé un départ à 13h. Top, merci beaucoup :-)

Bruit (zone étudiante), literie (gros oreillers, matelas peu confortable), petit studio (type étudiant), pas de table à manger, une seule chaise, peu de lumière

Je n’avais pas d’attente particulière en arrivant et puis j’ai été surprise par la propreté de ce logement ! Rien à dire franchement bravo aux équipes de ménage car, étant moi même saisonnière au ménage, je sais ce que c’est. Et la, rien à dire ! 10/10. Je reviendrais sans hésité dans ce lieu si je reviens à Nantes. J’ai super bien dormi et mon chien aussi ! Merci beaucoup

Pas satisfait du tout

Le cadre avec les arbres.

- L'appartement était assez sale surtout dans la salle-de-bains (sous la chaudière et autour des tuyaux..) et sur les murs de la partie chambre. Un bon coup de peinture et une remise en propreté ne serait pas du luxe ! - les draps avaient une odeur et ne semblaient pas avoir été lavés - le drap-housse était trop petit. Du coup, nous avons dormi sur le dessous de lit en plastique ce qui n'était pas confortable du tout ni hygiénique ! - le cadre en bois autour du lit était gênant - soirée étudiante sous un chapiteau jusqu'à minuit (sous notre fenêtre), donc beaucoup de bruit !
