Location

Small room, no working air ventilation. The Cleaning lady was trying to get in 3 times while in the room...... Very rude and anoing.

Very disappointing , cold coffee. cold water (for tea) asked twice still not hot on 2 nd attempt. Hardly anything left and still an hour till end of service.stayed here 7 weeks before with our small dog and made welcome this time it seemed a problem won’t stay again

room 46: no window blinds a lot of small flyers near the window some small “bugs” in the bathroom I could see the outside light on the edge of the door, so clearly that's where the flying insects were coming in. bad insonorisation no espresso coffee, just filtered coffee.

Good stay with clean room but no welcoming

The room was clean and good

The voice of someone who build and the reception girl.. she wasn’t smiling.. no hi no welcome… she has a very bad attitude with me when I come and when I left also .. when I come I said may be she was stressed so I was wondering.. but when I left also she wasn’t even smiling …no professional at all .. sorry to say that … I asked her when I left why she was angry and not even welcoming me .. she told me u say that because u didn’t receive ur mail or ticket .. I said no .. u can verify the camera and u will see her attitude . Good luck and thank u for all 🙂

Dismal.

We stayed in this hotel once in the past, and it was fine.

When we arrived (at 22:00, as indicated during the booking), the gate was closed and no-one responded to the buzzer. I called the number given in the confirmation email, but the guy who answered the phone wasn't on the premises, so he promised to call someone who is. 15 mins later, a young woman emerged from somewhere, but she didn't speak English, and it took her another 15 mins to understand what's going on, find us on their system and let us in. And here's the cherry on the cake: we found a cockroach in the bedroom!

Great value for money, welcoming staff and clean rooms.

The staff was always extremely nice and available for any request - especially Céline, who was my waitress at dinners. The food at the restaurant is very good, and definitely a good value for money. Also, the room was super clean and the bathroom was huge and fully renovated.

My room was a bit cold - the heather was working but didn't manage to fully heat the room. Moreover, it was a bit noisiy. But that might have been an issue of my room only.

Well placed hotel and the breakfast was worth staying the night there!!!

The breakfast was REALLY good. The bathroom was clean, plenty of hot water and had a good shower. The tea making facilities were much appreciated. Travelling with a dog was made easier as there were some good, grassy areas nearby to walk him.

The evening meal. Bœuf bourguignon was superb. Even the chips were exceptionnel. Very clean room and a comfortable bed.

Step from shower to bathroom is very high. I am 1.65 so not so small. A simple handle would be helpful although the toiwel rail is helpfully placed.

A problem with the overhead shower which couldn’t be turned off while using the hand held shower and which sprayed onto the bathroom floor.
