Confy and clean!

I had to park on the street, cuz the parking was full, even though I have disability parking permission! It was insanely cold, but the attendant tried to help me bringing my belongings inside! I was full of injuries on my legs because of an accident during a snowstorm, so I had to go inside with the injuries bleeding and so on!

My room was private and quiet. I enjoyed it. loved the location and the staff was incredibly helpful theres a lake walk right next door.

To access the garage u have to get out of ur car each time to enter. I do wish rooms had a microwave and ac.

Far from Old Center, not a place I would chose again

Some of the staff were very responsive, some just grudgingly made an effort. If you have a car, they do have private parking outside.

At checkin they "forgot" to give us the room upgrade Booking.com offered: when they changed the room, they gave us a room with strong curry smells, but 3rd time was a "charm". Their dinner offers are heated pre-packaged food that doesn't look or taste good. Every bit of information we needed (gate code, internet access, etc) we had to ask for. At checkout we were charged for breakfast for 2 people for two days although we never used it: thankfully when we contacted the hotel the admitted and they fixed the problem. All in all not a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful Hotel

The staff were truly exceptional from start to finish. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, VERY comfortable beds, breakfast was very tasty and there is a wonderful offering for dinner. The hotel is located on a gorgeous lake with plenty of walks available close by. We will be back

The only thing is that the rooms don't have air con (it's an eco hotel) so it got a little warm in the evening. We never asked if a fan was available so they may offer them im not sure.

Excellent hotel is a delightful location, dog friendly with great walks nearby

The hotel is a delightful mix of old and very modern. The reception staff were charming. Our room was very comfortable, clean and plenty of hot water. We were travelling with our dog and he was made very welcome. The situation of the hotel, at the end of a lane, very close to the river with 5kms of riverside walks, was excellent for our dog to have a lovely walk after a long day in the car. The hotel parking is very secure. We were very impressed with the hotel.

The restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday. The local Auberge the same. The hotel did have some microwaved meals on offer which were OK. They are a silly price though, as is the wine! Only half bottles for the price of a full one anywhere else. Disappointing.

Superb will revisit

Everything, staff was super friendly and attentive, nice quite small townhood with great lake and tacks, room was spacious and the view was great. Wonderful and comfortable stay, wish we have had more days there.

Good location, very clean and friendly staff

Apart from the breakfast which was excellent, the choice of food was very poor with only microwaved dishes available cooked and served by a single staff member who was also the receptionist. For a large chain the lack of adequate nourishment facilities for travellers was very dissapointing

Excellent hotel for a quiet stay over.

Beautiful lake near to the hotel. Staff very friendly and ready to help. EV charger available (only worth it if the car needs more than 50% charge) Food in restaurant was very good considering that it’s prepared in advance and warmed as required.

Great Stop over close to the centre of Nantes, easy to return to main roads.

Lovely position not far from the main road but so quiet and peaceful. Our room was small but none the less very comfortable with big windows looking down towards the river. Safe parking in hotel carpark. Sadly the restaurant was closed the night we were there but we could order a good meal which we had sitting on the patio. Staff friendly and helpful.Enjoyed our stop over.

Next time we will try to go when restaurant is open as it looked very good!

Lovely room and super comfy bed. Such a quiet location and so peaceful. Lovely area to explore with 2 great restaurants nearby. I slept so well and staff were so nice.

Good for an overnight adventure.

It was in a quiet suburban location with relatively quick access to the city centre. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was cleaned with a very strong detergent, it was impossible to ventilate the strong smells.

Pleasant

The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Restaurant was closed and there was nothing nearby hotel to go for nice meal. Many guess had a long wait for service. A couple ordered a bottle of champagne and it was put on the table and the member of staff walked away and left the customers to open and pour it themselves. Not good for the cost. Drinks were very expensive. I had a upgrade to a Queen superior room. Not good very small room.

Fab location but room too hot

Location near waterside and forest walk was beautiful.

Absolutely no air con in room - although given free upgrade 1st room had no tea or coffee making machine provided and fridge did not work - room 9. Transferred to room 8 which had tea and coffee making provided but no fridge at all? Rooms were lovely but without air con it was really hot and stuffy even with a fan provided. Great shame because in all other respects it was a lovely hotel. Sadly restuarant closed on a Sunday but provided with info where we could eat.
