We arrived at 17.10 couldn't get into hotel another guest let us in, then we had to phone some one to get more details of how to get the key to our room, as we didn't receive the email from the hotel till 19.00

Communication and payment issues. Hotel added duplicate charges to card when already paid in cash and did not communicate effectively.

Roomy appartment, comfy beds. Small airconditioner.
The shower too low, no toaster or kettle, no sharp knives either. outside of the room was pretty dirty lift was really dirty.
