Beautiful hotel with excellent breakfast
We loved the swimming pool and the room was good.
The shower didn’t work and the fridge was broken or turned off.

Nice stay and nice staff and will always come back for work reasons.
The breakfast and meals were really nice and the staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable.
The room was comfortable but starting to look a little bit tired now. Since i had a wait before checking in i found the lobby lacked comfortable seating.

OK, met my needs with a few plus points
Water dispenser with sparking option. Nice. I had a good swim in the pool.
Don’t like the separate toilet and bathroom as you still have to go in the bathroom to wash your hands.

The staff were very helpful and polite, i enjoyed the nice choice of food for breakfast and enjoyed several meals in the restaurant. Excellent hotel for business.

Loved Nantes, great hotel and we would recommend.
Very clean and comfortable, good location, easy to get into the city. We were here on a weekend when the buses don’t run, but all trams around the city are free at weekends and easy to navigate.

Expensive stopover
The dinner and breakfast buffet were delicious. Our waitress Patricia was so helpful and kind.. The shower was really good. There was a kettle in the room and a small fridge
The pool was broken. We purposely stayed in this hotel so that our boys could have a swim after a 10 hrs journey. So that was disappointing. The food and drinks were very expensive. We got charged for a tax de séjour which we didn't know about when booked (thought the price indicated was the one we'd pay). The rooms are dated and the carpet badly needed to be changed.
